Chapter 330

Zeref PoV:

How long have I looked for it, how long have I suffered for, to finally be able to break free of this curse and live my life with those I love.

I thought as my body trembled in excitement, I have analyzed the two in front of me and I can gladly say that the both of them are neither humans from this world or gods like Ankhseram.

If what they say is true, then it means my curse can finally be broken, how I have longed to be with the ones I love.

But I also know one thing, there is no free lunch in this world, or any world for that matter.

"What do you want?"

I asked seriously, if he can really help me break my and Mavis's curse, then I am willing to do anything.

"Haha! Don't be so serious, I am doing this for Mavis, god knows she needs a happy ending," the man replied as he chuckled, the woman beside him also smiled.

I can't sense any lie in their words, and judging from how I cant probe them using my magic, it's probably true.

"…Alright,"

"Good! Now let me help you remove that curse, perhaps I can earn some extra skills from It,"

The guy said as he stood up and walked towards me, I grew tense as I sensed a purple mark form on his hands that grew into purple smoke.

"Now don't try to resist, it will be over in a minute," The man named Jack advised, before I could even say anything, I felt myself lose control over my body, as if someone else was the driver while I was just a simple passenger in my own body.

I have never felt so powerless, I found myself standing in my own sea of consciousness, the Curse mark of the Ankhseram continuously poisoning my whole body.

"Whoa! Man! You really are a tough nut to crack, Haha, this curse mark is really powerful, the god that cursed you must be a planetary level god atleast," Jack the dragon king of domination smiled as observed the giant curse in my consciousness.

"Alright! Let's not waste any more time, I want to get that upgrade sooner than later, I still have to fix up Mavis, maybe I will just make a new body for her,"

"Be carefu-"

I was about to advise the so called dragon king when suddenly the curse mark in my consciousness started cracking and breaking away as if it wasn't even there.

For the first time in a long long time I was able to breathe without the thought of death lingering over me.

"There! You are all set now," Jack said as he sucked in all the miasma from my consciousness.

"Let's go back to the real world,"

Jack PoV

It's done! Though it's a shame I wasn't able to gain any skill from that curse, nothing I couldn't already do.

The thing got sucked in by my skill and disappeared.

It's alright though, now it's time to heal Mavis and then I will be able to get one step closer to establishing my own dimensional power.

I hope the dragons can come over sooner and be done with it, I shrugged off my thoughts as I looked at Zeref who now had white hair, he was slowly starting to age.

It will take him seven days or so before he dies naturally, I nodded at Jean who smiled back at me and flicked her fingers.

A small ember of flames struck the heaving Zeref who clutched his heart and shouted in pain.

Jean was giving him back all of his exhausted life force plus some, I could do it as well but whatever.

It took some time for the emperor to calm down, he checked his body and for the first time in a long while, laughed and cried.

I gave him time to come to terms with his new life,

We had more than enough time to go back to the hotel to continue our grand magic games.

I will be able to expand and properly utilize the dimension, the current residents are small and are already a part of my power so I can't really feel any difference, but once I get rewarded by the system and residents start appearing in my dimension, my power will increase drastically.

I couldn't help but giggle thinking about it, I will definitely be able to go toe to toe with the likes of Galactus easily after this.
