Chapter 223

Its been some time since my little impromptu date with Jean who is fascinated with going to another world

'But it's not like I can take her...can I I asked myself

As for what I am doing currently, well, I am standing between an angry speedster that wants to rip my friend Tony from limb to limb.

It looks like to him that Tony is responsible for everything that happened. Not to mention the fact that he previously didn't even know he had a family

"Will you calm down, Pietro...and Wanda?" I asked them

They were currently being forced to the floor on their knees, I didn't even need to lift a finger, my presence was enough as it is

"Shhh! stay out of this, this man killed our family" Pietro shouted at me, hate visible in his eyes.

I overlooked him, Wanda was much more level-headed than him, I gave her a look

"We stay together" was the only thing she said.

Tony was standing beside me as he looked at the sibling with a look of guilt

"Sokovia...was not me," he said

"I am trying to rectify my mistakes, and I have done everything in my power to end this stupid war, I am trying to repent" he continued.

I could feel every word of his was real, Tony was trying to repent, but Pietro was having none of it.

It was selfish of him to label Tony a villain while he was being used as a tool by magneto not long ago, and I had made sure that Wanda understood that point, yet here she was, helping her brother.

'I guess they are siblings' I shook my head in mild anger.

"If you really wanna play tha blame game, then I suggest we start with you as well, Wanda and Pietro, two mutants, who not recently, believed that magneto was their father and helped in making trouble for him, destroying several government properties and civilian lives in danger, the minimum you will have to pay is a butt load of damages and lifetime in prison."

I said Jarvis coming in the clutch by displaying all their acts as holograms

"WE WERE BEING CONTROLLED! Pietro yelled at the top of his voice before he pointed his finger at Tony "He is the one that was doing everything on purpose, what do you have to say about that" he asked me.

"Tony wasn't responsible for the missiles in Sokovia, it was Obadiah, the person who killed or had a part in killing Tony's parents...as well as yours, he is dead though"

I said as various proofs began appearing in front of him, I could feel Wanda breaking the suppression placed on her...Chaos magic was truly great I guess

"What I am saying is, it's alright if you don't want to forgive him, but let me ask you this, what have you done to rectify your mistakes"

Pietro went quiet, he was the cool type of kid, gaining power had no effect on what he thought about the world, even if magneto hadn't altered his memory, he would have still turned out a rogue, not a criminal though.

Perhaps that was a biased decision on my side.

"You have done nothing, nothing at all, Tony, on the other hand, has given a second life to kids like you, introducing scholarship after scholarship, busting his ass to fight gods and demons, as you saw in the previous week"

I let that sink in, though I could feel Pietro wasn't convinced he at least won't attack the first moment he is released.

I slowly lifted the oppression as the siblings stood up, Wanda was, as I said, a level-headed woman, but Pietro was an emotional train wreck

....

The other avengers were standing on the sidelines, watching the drama unfold, Cap also said in his piece in favor of Tony,

If it weren't for the gloomy atmosphere,I am sure Tony would have tried his best to embarrass Steve.

Natasha and Bart who were here as well, as well as Bruce,spoke up in support for Tony, but they also comforted the teen in front of them, little by little, breaking the barrier the boy had set up around himself.

As he suddenly broke down crying, Wanda was quick enough to console him. Steve , the grandpa of our team comforted the kid,

The week passed by like that and things were, still a bit awkward around Tony and the siblings but they were being sorted out.

Steve had , in summary, convinced Pietro that he will always treat them as family, as long as they treated the Avengers as family, and to give Tony a chance and see him for who he was.

'But now it seems I have become the villain in his eyes for some reason' I looked at Pietro from he corner of my eyes,

He would always glance at me with some form of anger, I might have touched his nerve by easily taking care of him even with his advanced training.

Not to mention the training room I installed inside of the tower, which will need to be installed in the new place we are moving to, as according to Fury, Staying in the city will be like putting a red cross over the city.

I was working on a beautiful spaceship a long with Bruce, though it's was really a formality as Great sage had already come up with a way to replicate the tech of aliens that Thanos sent,

but I didn't want to turn Bruce down , he was eager to explore space, so he wanted to build the space ship with me once he got to know what I was going for.

I had already discussed with the other avengers about this,seeing that I was the strongest among us all, it was better for me to do the scouting and get info on the space civilizations

I told them I was going to outer space because I wanted to make sure that the threat of Thanos wasn't arriving anytime soon.

It was just a lie to let me leave Earth and travel around.

'Although I guess I could just fly in space,I am pretty sure I won't die with my current strength.'

It took us half a year during which I did a few of the Chivalry world missions and successfully completed the template, we also completed the space ship, but it was still hypothetical.

Tony had a fight with the AIM and best his ass with ease because of the various updates to his armor.

I even nudged him to create the bleeding edge armor from the comics, but I guess that will take time.

Now I had another character draw ready,

"Alright,Let's see if this bad boy can fly us to outer space, haha" I couldn't help but get excited, and so was Bruce.
