I tuck my handkerchief inside my suit pocket as I entered into the hotel and suite, the cold atmosphere welcomed me in as the security opened the door for me and I head towards the bar. I sighted Brian and walked towards him and he stood up when he saw me.

"Hey bro" he hugged me and we both sat down

"Brian, thank you very much for standing in as the CEO since all these months, I'm really receiving great news about the company" I smiled at him and he offered me whiskey

"Yeah, you should thank me, the music industry has been going wild this days, or should I say world wide" he said and I laughed.

"Drop your ego man, how's your company doing?" I asked as I took a sip of my whiskey

"The fashion company has been going great, thanks to you I haven't visited it in a while" he said a smirk dancing on his lips, this man is crazy

"Thanks to me?, like as if you're not getting your fucking money, you're getting money from my company and your company, you're even richer than me that owns the company, you're crazy" I hit his shoulder as he burst into laughter

"But come to think of it, when are you going to be done with this hiding thing and come to take over your position, the people kept asking that they wants to see the CEO's face" he said looking more serious than before, but I wasn't ready to be serious yet

"CEO?, I taught you are the CEO" I said with a serious look

"Stop kidding man"

"Fine, fine, I haven't achieved what I want yet, when I achieve it, I'll come to take over" I smiled

"What are you even doing now?" He asked as he tilted the chair a little

"A driver" I murmured

"What?"

"Nothing, stop intruding in my personal life and go get yourself a girl"

"Actually I do have one, haven't I told you?"

I entered the back sit of my car and the driver started driving, my life has been complicated even to myself lately, something triggered my anger when Derick told me Percy was on a date with this Canadian guy Christian, it was so strange, I couldn't figure out why I was angry.

Was it because I never really like that guy?, or because I didn't want him to hurt her like other guys did. He was a childhood friend but that doesn't mean he didn't want to get to her.

I sighed out of frustration.

It was so awkward when I saw him touch her face and tell her she was beautiful, childhood friend my foot and the most stupid part was when he started staring at her while she was eating, I couldn't help but get out of the restaurant, I felt unnecessarily angry, and not knowing the reason why I was angry made my head ache.

The driver parked and I got down, I nodded my head at him and he drove off. I pressed the elevator button and it opened, my heart skipped a beat when I saw Bella standing inside grinning widely at me

"Aren't you coming inside?" She asked

I only had two options, to run away or to stay in the elevator with her, I didn't want to go away so I slowly walked into the elevator and my heart tightened as the door closed.

She took a few closing the gap between us and she leaned over

"Hey cowboy" she said smiling as she played with my tie, I slowly removed her hand from it

"Why are you staying away from me?" She frowned

"I told you already that nothing can happen between, even being your friend is hard" I looked away from her

"But that doesn't mean I'll stop trying besides you hate my parent doesn't mean you should hate me, our parent are best of friends and they want us to get married, remember?" I hated her voice, she sounds like those whore with that Barbie kind of voice.

"I can't deny the fact that I don't like your parents, and I don't want to be with you plus they are many different between us"

"Like what?" She asked as she leaned closer and I pulled her off me

"You're to spoilt for my liking, you're proud, you don't stick with a guy and you're a racist, I don't know why you even like me"

"Our color doesn't matter and you're a different kind, I'll treat you good" She was starting to annoy me

The elevator opened and I quickly went to my apartment door, clicked my password

"Run all you can" I heard her say before entering

I entered the compound and saw Percy all dressed up

"Hey, you came a little bit late" she said as she walked towards the car and threw the key to me while Derick and Daniel followed her into the car.

She told me she had no where to go today and she called me unexpectedly, it would have been so better if it wasn't that long shapeless face guy we were going to meet but apparently it was Christian, he dressed so fashionably and he leaned on his car, so annoying, something about this guy just makes my inside twist.

I watch as Percy face lit up as she saw him, he walked towards the car and gave her a hug, soon he'll be expecting her to go on a date with him every single time, I knew he wanted more than a reunion. I rolled my eyes at the sight of them hugging their self and he annoyingly gave her a kiss on her cheeks, I can't believe she scolded me for 'disturbing' her first date with her childhood friend. I looked up from my phone and our face met awkwardly.

"Oh, he's your driver?" He asked Percy

"Yes he is"

"He looks so familiar to me" he stared at me, well he isn't lying we've seen more than thrice, and it was always an unfriendly meeting, it is either he has stepped on me and refuse to apologize or do something stupid.

"No, I don't know you" I said as I took my eyes off him

"Wait, aren't you.." he continued to stare at me and my heart began to beat faster than normal.
