DxD Power Levels (Updated)

I know the DxD power levels don't really make sense so I'll try to make my own or at least modify the DxD one.

PS: Don't take this power leveling scale as canon.

Tier 0: Trained humans like soldiers, apprentice mages, weak yokai's, etc.

Tier 1:Low-class Devils/Angels/Fallen Angels/Mages, etc.

Tier 2:Mid-class Devils/Angels/Fallen Angels/Mages, etc.

Tier 3: High-class Devils/Angels/Fallen Angels/Mages, etc.

Tier 4: Ultimate-class Devils/Angels/Fallen Angels/Mages/Dragon Kings, etc.

Tier 5: Satan Class Devils/Seraph/Governor-General, etc.

Tier 6: This is where Major Gods, Buddhas, and other equally strong beings are in terms of power.

Tier 7: Can also be called Super Class or Transcended class. The beings in this power scale are the most powerful beings or those that surpassed their species' limitations and are above them now. Examples are The Heavenly Dragons, Super Devils, Strongest Gods like Indra or Shiva, Some evil dragons like Crom Cruach.

Tier 8: This tier only has 3 beings in it. They are Great Red the True Dragon. Ophis the Dragon God. And Trihexia or 666, the Beast of Calamity.

Tier 9: Beings in ExE. Beings in this tier are those that could easily kill Great Red.😄

Tier 10:????

A/N: Tiers aren't absolute and it is only there as a rough measurement of power. Specifically, Tiers are measurements of the raw power or energy levels a being has. Some factors can offset these Tier levels so don't be surprised when a Tier 3 can defeat a Tier 4 in battle, 1 vs 1.

Some great examples of such factors are battle experience, better energy control, counter abilities or counter weapons (Ex. Holy items such as holy swords are extremely effective against dark beings like devils), and many more.

Of course, when there is a large disparity of Tiers between two beings, such factors may not help. Say a Tier 1 fights a Tier 5, there is no way the former would win, no matter what tricks he had or if he has better battle experience. Though there are exceptions to this rule which will be further explained in future chapters. If I put them here, it will be Major Spoilers.
