Ch - 14 Evolution?

As Cisco and Swayam were having a casual conversation, Caitlin entered the cafeteria holding a syringe and a tube.

Even though Swayam was conversing with Cisco, his perceptive ability, always in an active state, alerted him to her approach. He didn't show it in his expression, but even without this ability, he would have sensed or at least heard her coming, just like Cisco did, not because of enhanced hearing but because of the sound her high heels made.

As he expected, Caitlin eventually reached their table and took a seat near them. Without waiting for to ask any questions, she began, "Hey Sam, can you let me take some more of your blood? The previous sample evaporated just like the earlier ones."

Hearing Caitlin's request, Swayam raised his left eyebrow thoughtfully, then heaved a defeated sigh. Without saying anything further, he extended his right hand toward Caitlin for the blood extraction.

Caitlin, using a special syringe and struggling somewhat with his healing factor, eventually managed to extract some blood.

Having successfully collected the sample, Caitlin stood up, preparing to head to the laboratory. She paused to look at Swayam and said, "Sam, could you do us a favor and slow down your intensive exercising? Every time your body gets stronger, it makes your blood harder to extract. The time for your samples to evaporate is rapidly decreasing, and we're not confident we can extract it much longer."

"Well, what can I say? I'm just following Dr. Wells instructions." Swayam knew that the more he exercised, the more his blood altered his physique. He saw this as a plus, as he didn't want clones of himself wandering and terrorizing the multiverse.

Although he didn't know he was a singularity and impossible to clone, he was cautious about the possibility. This was why his blood disintegrated if taken from his body or moved too far away.

Another benefit of his enhanced capabilities was his evolved brain, giving him ambidextrous capability, parallel thinking, and eidetic memory.
