Between grimoire acceptance ceremony and Magic knight entrance exam there's an 6 months interval.It's for the people to get accustomed to their newly obtained grimoire.

To use this time as efficient as possible Mike went in to training mode.He started to move deeper and deeper into the forest to train his skills.

Forests which are unexplored are one of the best training sites as they contain untainted natural mana which is difficult to control and use.

If one was able to use their spells smoothly in this type of environment their control over their mana and the strength of their spells will increase drastically.

Though forests aren't the most ideal training spots like volcanoes they are still better than many places.And unlike volcanoes forests have plenty of food sources.

From then onwards his daily schedule only consists of eat, sleep, train and repeat.

Like that one day while he was training in core forest region he sensed abnormal mana fluctuations. Wondering who was capable of making such mana fluctuations Mike went towards that direction.

But while moving he thought it might be a bad idea if he openly goes towards a person whom he knows nothing about and who most likely is much stronger than him. So he choose to move with caution.

When he was training in the woods near Chester village one of the main things he focused on was how to hide.And he did managed to make a great deal of progress in this area.

He is capable of slowing down his heart rate,can make his presence less and he also uses some special plants found in forests which are capable of erasing his odour so other animals can't track him through smell.

So he started to hide his presence and also lower his heart beat and slowly his presence started to fade away and merged into the surroundings.

Suddenly his grimoire started to float and pages started to flip and slowly a new spell was created.

Mike can feel the effects of the spell aside from what he can already do now he can also make his magic signature mimic some animals,so his stealth skills improved by a level.

Then using his new owned spell he slowly went towards the disturbance site.And using the branches of the tress he stayed above ground level.

After sometime he found the person responsible for those abnormal mana fluctuations, Mereoleona Vermillion.

After confirming it was indeed Mereoleona Vermillion he recalled some information about her which he remembered.

Mereoleona Vermillion is one of the strongest magic Knight in the clover kingdom.People who are capable of fighting or defeating her can be counted on both hands.

Her vast mana reserves, beast like instincts, master level control over magic and rich combat experience make her an deadly opponent.

Mereoleona is person who only acknowledge people who respects others person's will to get strong and does not judge them based off their upbringings or lineage.

She dislikes the Royal Capital so she spends most of the year out in the wilderness, hunting wild animals and basking in natural mana.

Mereoleona isn't an unreasonable person,she likes challenges and an battle maniac. And Mike thinks she might be able to help him in his training.

So he goes back some distance exists his stealth mode and come back again like an curious person who just wanted to find what's happening.

Now he comes out in open he can see things more clearly.Mereoleona was sitting beside an huge dead beast and probably planning planning to eat it.

And now she notices him and he sees her they both stare at each other for some time.

"who are you kid?what are you doing here in this type of place? " Mereoleona

"umm, hello my name is Mike. I'm kinda training near I noticed someone was here so I came by to see who it was. Umm how's your day big sister? " Mike

'I should sound so weird' Mike

'he's weird' Mereoleona

"fine, so what do you want kid? " Mereoleona

"ah, you see I'm trying to get selected into magic knight squad so I'm training for it, you look very strong so would you mind if I can train with you for some time big sister? " Mike

"when did you get your grimoire kid?" Mereoleona

"About a month ago , big sister" Mike

'what's with this big sister?' "I've gotten mine more than 10 years ago I'm stronger than you many times it's pointless to train with me because you can't keep up with me" Mereoleona

"it is because your are much stronger than me big sister, if all I can do is train and defeat weaker enemies how can I improve and become stronger only by sparring against strong people like you o can make more progress" Mike

'well at least he got the will to get strong maybe having a punching ba- training him will be fun' "ok kid but if you die in middle don't blame me"Mereoleona

"sigh,whatever.come on let's get deeper in the forest and keep up or you will die" Mereoleona

"Haiii ,big sister" 'This is going to be painful, torture and dangerous but nonetheless not a bad choice ' Mike
