Inside the mansion provided by the royal family for Touya to live in, he sat with a smile on his face, sipping the tea prepared by his maid, Cecile. His gaze wandered to the two children outside, filled with joy as they raced around.

"Lady Sue, Little Renee, be careful!"

Cecile shouted, concerned for the safety of the energetic duo. Touya observed their lively playfulness, placing the book titled 'The Order of the Rose' gently on the table.

While Touya enjoyed watching the children riding his... bicycles which he had recently created, the door suddenly swung open, revealing a silver-haired girl in a black gothic dress, accompanied by a walking stuffed toy.

"I have discovered the location of the next ruins," the girl announced.

"Another one?" Touya questioned.

"Yes, it's in the Roadmare Union, a country located east of the Regulus Empire. Adventurers stumbled upon it in the middle of the mountains," she explained.

"That's interesting, I suppose," Touya replied, somewhat indifferent to Leen's enthusiastic rambling, focusing instead on the tea Cecile had just poured for him.

"...Sexy underwear."

"Alright, alright. Tell me more about the Roadmare Union," Touya sighed, giving in to Leen's demands. Her threat of revealing some skimpy underwear had forced Touya's compliance. Despite possessing overwhelming magical powers, he lacked the backbone to refuse her.

After fruitlessly searching for anything in Eashen, Leen had coerced Touya into exploring numerous ruins. Most of them turned out to be empty, while a few contained treasures, books, and artifacts. Touya and Leen collected these items, with Touya donating the majority to the kingdom since they rightfully belonged to the kingdom he had discovered them in, rather than being a result of his own hard work.

"Astrid, how is the development plan for Egret progressing?"

"Sir, the plan has been completed and discussed with both the State Council of Egret and the Central Council of Arcadia."

Following the assimilation of Egret with Arcadia, Alex found himself once again engrossed in paperwork for the development of Egret. He established a State Council for Egret, which, despite its independent name, operates under the supervision of the Central Council headed by Kael and others.

The civil war in Egret and the downfall of the incompetent king were all part of Alex's master plan. By eliminating the royal family and leaving the nation leaderless, he aimed to establish his own reputation as the savior and hero of Egret's people.

Once this phase was accomplished, Alex carefully selected a new leader for the throne of Egret and subjected him to hypnosis and minor mind control spells. The new leader was molded into a cruel oppressor, while the ministers of Egret were influenced to oppose him, presenting the image of an idiot tyrant.

The new leader committed numerous atrocities, which were witnessed by the world, leading to his vilification and making him an enemy of Arcadia. The lives of Egret's citizens now depended on Arcadia, whose leader was seen as their savior and hero.

Alex orchestrated a rebellion led by the ministers, positioning them on the side of righteousness, while the king and his loyal supporters, who still commanded military power, defended the throne. Eventually, the ministers sought Alex's aid, and with the support of the populace, they overthrew the king.

Alex anticipated that achieving these results would take considerable time, but to his surprise, the plan worked swiftly. Within two months, the entire nation of Egret was asking Alex to take over their governance, a proposal he welcomed with open arms.

Similar to what he had done in Sandora, Alex abolished the noble system of governance in Egret. However, recognizing that not all nobles were corrupt, unlike those in previous Sandora, he refrained from executing or exiling them. Instead, he abolished the hereditary titles and offered them administrative positions with increased benefits and compensation.

With his virtuous reputation and the people's perception of him as a hero, gaining the support of the populace and implementing his vision posed little challenge. Soon, the entire country embraced their new identity as citizens of Arcadia.

Alex integrated the military forces of Egret with those of Arcadia, placing them under his command and that of Aria, who managed the military on his behalf. Furthermore, he established a formal knight order in Egret and planned to commence construction projects similar to those in Arcadia.

Given that the naval forces were prominent in Egret, Alex enlisted the assistance of Monica and Rosetta, who utilized magical technology to recreate ships from his previous world. Together, they built the navy, enhancing its capabilities.

The ongoing development under Alex's rule garnered praise from the people of both Arcadia and Egret, who relished the wonders of the remarkable artifacts.

Construction of Arcadia was progressing well, with most facilities already completed, requiring only staff training. The construction of the protective Great Wall was underway, while cities were fortified, awaiting the enchantment of the wall.

As of now, construction drones in Arcadia were exclusively utilized for government and Crown group facilities, as their employment came at a significant cost. Private usage of the drones was yet to be implemented.

Alex also implemented a comprehensive tax system and introduced well-developed banking and monetary systems from his previous world. In a world where the banking system was underdeveloped and loans were sought through informal means or loan sharks, a proper monetary system was necessary.

The construction progress is proceeding excellently, combining the finest elements of both the modern and medieval worlds. As a result, the kingdom of Arcadia has transformed into a breathtaking destination.

Currently Alex could be seen sitting in his office going through the paper work while discussing some details with Astrid.

As Alex was revising some documents Astrid's voice rang causing Alex to look at the source, his smartphone.

"Sir the preparations of the project 'StarRing' has been completed"
