Five years
"I can't believe it has been so long already. I spent so much time here doing nothing" Alex sighed deeply as he walked into the ever-so-familiar mansion that he had always come to every single holiday.
Behind him were maids dragging big suitcases. They were two maids actually.
Unlike every other time when Alex returned home from school, the both of them were sent to accompany him back since he would be coming back for good this time.
After all, he already graduated. The graduation ceremony was a whole different level from what he had imagined. A lot of big figures in the country attended. Even the heads of the ten major families came personally for the ceremony.
Though Alex was not too shocked by this, he was without a doubt greatly surprised.
