it's been weeks since Sora arrived in the capital, as you can see his skills have significantly improved, along with his strength. remember that the system only shows his power that he could lash out and nothing more, meaning Sora's strength was at level 7 core formations, but adding all of his other skills Sora was far stronger, giving his a strength measurement of 240 at least, putting him up at level 9 core formation realm.

Sora has already seen people above the nascent soul realm within this time, that plant spirit who saw through him was a saint. but the saint realm was more complex than other realms, the lowest type of saint was a lesser Saint, then a greater Saint, a heavenly Saint, A Emperor Saint, and a Supreme Saint

each saint is further divided into 3 levels, making it so that within the saint realm, there was a total of 15 levels, unlike the other realms where there were only 10.

the plant spirit was a greater Saint, but Sora had to see many such beings, and lesser Saint, all walking around with their cultivation suppressed. Sora even saw a few who he couldn't see through, most likely they were those above the greater Saint realm,

soon, the tournament began, the 2 people Sora picked to be his guard were Hu Niu and Berry, so these two didn't need to take part. the tournament was huge, far bigger than the one back in the purple lightning city. although Sora was not taking place, 4 of his followers were taking part, everyone under Sora have been personally taught by him, and none of them were to be looked down upon.

each power taking part was fighting for the number of spots each member of spots they would be able to take into the holy ground. mostly, these spots would be for the holy ground. with only 30,000 spots, those who can manage to come into the top 10,000 would be able to enter the holy ground.

to get rid of the weak ones, there was a pillar each person taking part had to attack, the pillar would take show a number equal to the power behind that attack. the attack didn't ream attack, it could be an illusion, a seal, or something like that, and only the top 3,000,000 would be able to take part.

1 million for those at level 10 body tempering realm or below, 1 million for those at level 6 Qi refinement or below, and lastly 1 million for those at level 10 Qi refinement,

each part would only take in 10,000 people, Sora went on to watch the battle, and noticed that there were many spiritual senses watching this competition, he understood why this master told him not to take part.

as the days went by, the last part of the competition took part, for those at level 10 Qi refinement realm, the first king was like the shining star. what confused Sora was that he was using his king's treasury, not bothering to hide who he was. was he not hiding? or did he already know he was seen though and didn't care?

but why were the people not doing anything? he was right there, defenseless, an easy target for everyone, they could just slap him dead where he stood. anyways, the first king went on to take first place in the competitions, the number of weapons he had were just too much. it made everyone watching question if this world had so many core formations realm items.

with the competition coming to an end, they were to enter the holy ground within 3 days, where it would be opening for the outside world. but before that, people within each sect had to pick who would be entering the competitions,

Sora had followers who had all come within the top 10, but because they were told not to use their full strength, they ended up losing. their achievement in battle was something everyone got to see, but the sect leader knowing they were of Sora's group, would he make things so easy for him?

"what do you mean? why can't my people go?" Sora was sitting in a room where all the sect disciples and elders who came to the capital asked the sect leader upon hearing his words.

"Sect leader, they are far more talented than us, I'm unwilling to enter the holy ground in such a shameless way." Qing Ya said with a frown, she was one of the people the sect leader wanted to enter in place of the 4 people, but she had too much respect for Sora. the others members who the sect leader wanted to join also spoke up, Sora charm was just too powerful.

in total, the purple lightning sect managed to win a total of 7 places, for of these spots were by Sora followers, 1 was from the first king, and the last 2 were from an inner sect disciple and a core disciple.

"think of the sect's future, these 4 managed to come within the top 10, they are our sect's future hope, you shouldn't suppress them because of your hatred towards someone." an old woman who was one of Sora's biggest fan said calmly, the other elders spoke up, supporting Sora side, and making the sect leader look like a petty old man picking on junior.

"..." the sect leader seeing everyone turning against him almost coughed up blood, who was he? the sect leader or was it Sora? why is everyone turning against him? looking does his personal disciple... oh wait, that disciple of his become 10 times more arrogant in these past few months, no longer bothering to even show intreast in anyone.

"maps within the holy ground are rare, but our Purple lightning has managed to get our hands on one. here is a copy of the map. take time to study it," an elder said as he passed a map to all of them, Sora looked at the map but found it was not as detailed as the map his master gave him or the first king, but he still made sure to remember it, as some spots on this map were not on the two maps,

well, with everything done, they went to get ready for the upcoming few days, which went by in the blink of an eye.

standing before a building that was surrounded by storage rocks covered in runes, everyone looked at the building which was two white pillars seemly holding up the world. the building seemed more like a tomb,

the kingdom emperor stood before the crowd and made some hand seals, a bunch of elders joined him, and slowly each of the pillars began to light up one by one. once all of them were glowing, shot a beam toward the tomb, causing the whole tomb to start lightning up,

slowly a portal began to open up, it started small, but it quickly grew, touching its pillar from top to bottom. it was a passageway to another world. the emperor gave the node to everyone, allowing them all to enter the pillar, the first to go was the alchemist, a total of 90 people entered, followed by everyone else who rushed in

Sora stood on the mountain while holding Berry and Hu Niu's hands, those who entered the portal would be randomly teleported, so they had to hold hands if they wanted to be together.

"Well, by the looks of it, we should be in the rocky hills... how are you at full strength?" Sora asked with a raised eyebrow, everyone's strength was surpassed to level 10 body tempering realm, that was everyone but Hu Niu whose strength was at level 3 Qi refinement, she was at level 4 body tempering realm, the fact she could skip so many levels was thanks to Sora training.

"Whatever, do you think and tame a beast or something," Sora said with a shrug, this only increased his curiosity about this little girl.

"snort, it doesn't happen like that. do you think they just some running to worship me?" Hu Niu snorted coldly at Sora's words, his elder brother of hers was a pain in the ass, forcing her to do this and that, she was just a pure little girl. Where was the FBI when she needs them?

"ROOAAARRRR" the roar of a beast suddenly sounded, followed by countless more, loving over, they saw a huge amount of beast rushing towards them. Sora looked at them before looking towards Hu Niu, making her blush slightly.

"They could be coming to kill us or something." She said softly, but she was forced to eat those words when a flying beast landed before them, and jumped towards her. she was scared slightly as this was a Qi refinement level beast, she wasn't that strong, but the beast licked her face slightly before it rubbed its head against her.

"..." Sora looked at Hu Niu, Hu Niu was also speechless, normally she had to go out of her way to try and tame a beast, she had to ask it to be her friend, but she didn't say anything and the beast already showed its love towards her. but she didn't think too much about it, she happily hugged the beast back, but soon the other beast arrived and also wanted her attention, which she happily returned.

"she gives off a kind of aura... it's like a spray repellant, but in this case, it draws them in and makes them love her. Qi refinement level beasts had shaper senses, so they could sense this from far away, so they came running.
