Inside a hut, Ryouma sat on the ground with his eyes closed and he started to think of what he had to do now.

'Hmm! There is no point in reviving Genins if they can't learn anything new. With this, I will know who I have to revive, and who I don't have to.'

'I also have to keep it a secret, reviving in front of them was a mistake I made, but it's good that I hid the seals.'

'Anyways, they are just auxiliary strength and I need to grow my chakra reserves and get stronger. Fuinjutsu, I need to increase my skill in Fuinjutsu, while training my body to break my limiters.'

'Hmm, while I am working on Fuinjutsu, Taijutsu with Chakra Enhancement, and high proficiency in my skills is my only option.'

Thinking of this, Ryouma walked outside, and he looked at Ayame, who seemed to be looking at a group of people that had dazed looks on their faces.

"Ayame, teach me Iryojutsu," He said as he appeared beside her, and hearing this, she looked at him and said, "Show me your Chakra Control."

A Rasengan appeared in his hand and looking at this, she had a stunned look on her face and said, "Sit, I will start explaining everything I know."

Time passed by and Night arrived.

Looking at Takashi, and Ayame who had volunteered for grave robbing, Ryouma looked at them and said, "I will send you Ayame first and then Takashi."

Saying this, he closed his eyes and Ayame disappeared from the place, and seeing this, Takashi was stunned. Before he could say anything, he also disappeared from the place and Ryouma sensed four of his seals in the same place.

"What were the results of training?" He asked as he looked at the Four Chunin and they grinned at him and said, "We can learn Techniques,"

A smile appeared on his face as he heard this, and said, "Hehe! This is good, You all can keep on practicing."

Ryouma said and their expression changed as they heard this.

"While you are practising, Teach Genins a few things and tell them to practice too."

Saying this, Ryouma left the place while the four chunin looked at each other and then shrugged.

"Not like we are tired."

"Yeah, and being able to use Ninjutsu without tiring feels good."

"Hmm, you are right. Before, I had to be worried about Chakra, but now, Heh!"

"Well, let's go and teach Genins a few things."

They all left to look for Genins, who were 'asleep' and woke them by drowning them in Water.

In Kusagakure Graveyard, Ayame and Takashi looked at each other and then they nodded.

"Only look for Chunins and Jonin." Takashi said and Ayame stopped for a second and said, "We need 25 of them, Genins will be used to fill the spaces."

"Hmm, I know."

They both looked around for a few minutes and after deciding the ones, they started to gather the DNA.

When they were done, they stopped for a second as they sensed someone coming into the place and they did what he had asked them to do. Send chakra in seal on the cloth. As they did this, they disappeared from the place and Ryouma panted in his room because of chakra exhaustion.

"Hah! For the next few days, no Teleportation." Ryouma said as he lay down on the bed with a wide grin on his face.

The next day in the morning, after summoning everyone, he got two more Jonins, 10 Chunin and 15 Genins.

Now he had, Four Jonin, 14 Chunin and 20 Genins, and he ordered them to keep on practicing and develop this area as base.

Well, it was to earn money and give 'life' to the captives in the place.

Before reviving them, he cut off their ears for 'proof' and kept them on beg, in case they were asked form.

Takeshi wanted to leave with them, but he stopped and said there was no need. If he is in danger, he will just summon them, and till then, they all should practice Various Techniques and distribute them among each other.

The return journey was nothing worth mentioning, and after submitting his proof, he got his money back. Instead of choosing another mission, he retired to his house and a few days passed since then.

For a few days, Ryouma just stayed in his house to practice and exercise. He practised Iryojutsu as he wanted to learn Chakra enhancement, and for physical exercise, he practised when he was out of chakra.

Ryouma bought many scrolls using the money he got from Bandits and his mission, and he sent them to the Settlement and asked them to record the Techniques they knew.

Just like him, the others in Settlement also kept doing whatever they asked. Instead of just practising Techniques randomly, they used Earth Release to try and create smooth roads, Water Release to create Ponds, Fire Release to cook food, Wind Release to cool themselves, Kenjutsu to cut off trees, carrying things as Physical Exercise, etc.

Genjutsu Specialist tried to work with the captives and give them 'will' to live and move on, while Iryojutsu healed them and worked on Hygiene.

With the combination, the small bandit settlement changed to a small village, while underground, they started to build caves and make a base.

'Now that I think, if I got chakra control from Strength of Hundred Seal, wouldn't it have been better if I had chosen Eight Gates Technique and would have gotten an amazingly strong and trained body?'

'But it's not like I knew I would get this, and this damned System cheated the fuck out of me, as it didn't even show the list.'

Ryouma thought while lying on the floor and looking at the ceiling with a tired expression on his face. For a guy like me who hated going to gyms, working like this every day is too much.

But even then, Ryouma didn't stop as he knew that if he did, he would lose the drive and momentum, and everything would be over.

'Man! I really feel like running away and settling somewhere safe, but that is the problem.'

'No place in the world is safe unless you are strong enough to keep yourself safe.'

Thinking of this, Ryouma closed his eyes, but before he could sleep, the door opened and three people entered the house.
