Chapter 42
"She isn't in her room?" Inez 'mother asked Arden as he came down the stairs.
Arden shook his head. "No mama she isn't even with her bag and the book is in there."
"I'm scared." She touched Inez 'father's hand. "What if the truth is out? Inez Isn't like this. She would have been home by now."
"Calm down, what we did for her was to keep her safe and we kept her safe until today. and maybe she encountered something and will be coming home late or even in the morning. We can't report this now and if we don't see her in the morning, we will report to the council."
Inez 'mother smiled at her husband. "Let's go to our room then." She said and they heard a knock on the door.
She ran quickly. "Inez, is that you?" She opened the door and saw two men in police uniform.
"You are under arrest Mr and Mrs Sivan." The cop said.
"What do you mean?" Mrs. Sivan said as he cuffed her.
