It didn't take very long for news about the New party Phantom Gloom that had performed one of the most astonishing rescue missions in the History of Vertus. The craziest part was that only a few people actually knew who was behind it. 

The Elven Princess swore that she would never tell anyone about our identities and said she would only say that Phantom Gloom saved her. The last thing we would need is for the country to know that two princesses and a dragon who are all still in the lower academy planned a successful attack on Warminster. 

It's only been a few weeks since the attack on Warminster and we have received at least 50 requests in that time. Once we returned from the mission we saw how popular our name had become at the academy so, we made something similar to what a PO box would be in my old world. 

Since we opened it up we have been getting swarmed with requests from multiple Guilds. Rina would regularly come to me and Vasati's Dorm to give us the Quests. I would read through the majority of them on my own.

"Eiraaaaaaaa-" Vasati pouted as I Ignored her and focused on reading through the requests while I was sitting in between her legs. 

"..."

After I had looked through about 24 requests I saw a really interesting subjugation request. In one of the neighboring towns to Warminster, there was a group of Fox Beastmen that were looking for help in dealing with Human invasions.

"EIRA!" Vasati finally shouted in my ear which made me jump. 

"what do you want-" I started but she spoke over me 

"Why are you ignoring me? Do you hate me now? If so, why?" She had a pout on her face and a tear was forming in her eye. 

"I don't hate you, idiot. I found an interesting-looking Quest for us to subjugate." 

"What is it?" Vasati looked over my shoulder to read the quest details. Her face darkened.

"Human Invasions? If the town is near Warminster, why the hell would any inhumans live there?"

"Exactly! Looks like these dirty humans plant a lot of traps like these around the capital." "I exclaimed, smirking." 

"Eira are you ready to take another mission right after what happened last time?" "Look," Vasati said, gesturing towards the bandage on my right arm. 

"The wound has already healed" I chuckled as I removed the white bandage, revealing a small scar in the shape of a blade. 

"Alright, but be careful, and no running off to fight Heroes by yourself!" Vasati ordered while she tickled my stomach. 

"Vasati let go of meeeeeeeeeeeee!" I yelled, struggling to suppress my laughter. 

Our dorm room's door suddenly opened, and Rina walked in with a lollipop in her mouth. 

"Hey guys do we have a new quest yet...." Her voice gradually faded away as she gazed at me and my seated posture with Vasati.

"Oops, sorry to butt in on you two love birds" Rina snickered and closed the door slowly. 

Vasati and I quickly jumped apart in embarrassment. 

"Rina it's not like that!"I raised my voice and chased after her as she left the room.

"How many traps like this do these scummy humans have?" After reading the details of the quest, Rina gritted her teeth. 

"I'm very worried about how many Inhumans have been caught in these traps," Vasati propped her head up with her hand. 

The quick discovery of another trap reveals the abundance of these around the capital. It is suspicious that King Azziros is unaware of these schemes. 

"I think we should send a message to the humans," I created an ice crystal in my hands. 

"Attacking one of their strongest capitals wasn't enough?" While enjoying her lollipop, Rina let out a small chuckle. 

"What else could we even do, Eira?" Vasati approached me with a curious expression, contrasting her usual amused face.

"Well, it's very simple. We light the entire town up in flames." I threw the crystal at the map, and it landed perfectly on Obril.

Rina and Vasati looked at with shock for a brief moment until Vasati smirked. 

"Eira I love you!" She hugged me tightly and brought me to the ground with her embrace.

"Vasati let go!" 

"Never!"

"I Can't Breathe!" 

"You two are really close eh" Rina smiled as she bit the remains of the lollipop in her mouth. 

Vasati finally let go of me, However, I was completely exhausted and struggling to breathe, so I remained lying down while Vasati stood up.

"Of course we are, Eira is mine after all," Vasati spoke with a sinister grin. 

"Ahhhh, my apologies Princess Vasati," Rina snickered and took a slight bow. 

"When did I ever agree to this?" I said, sitting up.

"Hush. The grown-ups are talking, Eira," As she spoke, Vasati shot me a fierce glare.

"Scary," I thought.

The only problem with our plan of action is that it's almost declaring war on another country so Vasati and I have brainstorming on how to get around that. 

"We just need an excuse for destroying the village." Vasati had a pensive expression on her face as she spoke.

"We signed a treaty with them so by still capturing and enslaving demons we have enough reason to destroy the village," I said reflecting on the outcome of those actions.

"Well, we can order them to release all of the Beastmen they are holding captive in the town and if they don't we will light it ablaze," Rina said chipping her idea in. 

"That seems like the best course of action Rina" Vasati grinned and flexed her long and sharp claw-like nails.

"We will make every human in Vertus learn the name of Phantom Gloom" I chuckled and tossed another shard of ice onto the map of Vertus. 

With a smirk, Rina leaned down to our height and asked "Is this what Phantom Gloom will become?"

"An assault team against the humans that are not governed by the Demonshire Imperial Army?" I inquired with a hint of amusement on my face. 

On that day we decided that Phantom Gloom would be attacking any City that committed deeds against Inhumans. Our next target was the town of Obril. They were harboring captive Beastmen and using a ploy for human invasion in a city that is so obviously held by humans. Still, I can understand why some Inhumans would fall for it and think it was a legitimate quest.

"She died because it was your fault!" 

Waking up in the middle of the night was something new that I had encountered after coming to this world. I had been having nightmares about the things I encountered in my past life. For some reason tonight Vasati decided not to sleep in her bed and she decided to sleep in mine?!

"Eira..." I was a bit scared when Vasati's sleep-talking started including my name.

She grappled with me and pulled me into her chest. 

"What is she doing?!" I closed my eyes and tried to ignore the contact, but it was almost impossible. She was wearing her dog-themed pajamas and while I was wearing frog-themed pajamas mine were a lot more fluffy.

"I love you Eira" When I opened my eyes, I noticed her staring at me with her own eyes wide open. 

"You weren't asleep?!" I let out a loud yell as I quickly moved away from her.

"I was in the beginning, but it looked like you were having a really bad dream so I went over to your bed to comfort you." She smiled and embraced me once more. 

I opened my mouth to say something, but quickly closed it realizing that Vasati wouldn't really understand even if I told her. She noticed my attempt at speaking and continued to hug me. 

"You don't have to tell me what it was if you don't want to, but remember that I'm always there for you if you need me." As she began to gently stroke my head, I felt my drowsiness return.

"Night Night Eira..." Before I drifted off again, those were the final words that I heard.

The next afternoon right after we were released from class we met up with Rina to go over the plan once again. We would fly to the Village and demand them to release the Beastmen they held captive and if they refused we would light them ablaze after saving the Beastmen and whatever other captive Inhumans they were harboring there. 

As we took to the skies I realized that this was the group of friends I always wished I had back in my old world. While content of what we're doing is different it's always fun knowing that I'm fighting with the people I treasure the most.

"Let Phantom Gloom's Second Mission Commence!"

"King Azziros It looks like they're going after Obril." 

"This is amazing. The amount of captive Inhumans they have there has already gotten to the point of it becoming a problem. I sadly didn't have enough resources to do anything about it until now. Hahahaha" Azziros slightly chuckled and stood up on his throne.

"A Dragon, Vampire Princess and The First Princess of Demonshire. What an interesting group!"Azziros picked up his recording crystal.

"I will observe how they do this time myself."
