waking up a demon/hero

he wakes up in unfamiliar surroundings as he opened his eyes to see the horde of monster like creatures marching tour what appears to be an army clacton with unusual clothing white apparel with what seems to be badges or emblems of some kind on their shoulders he notices that he is on the side of the Monsters and there's a battle raging on.The environment seems to be like that of a crusted lava infested hellhole.Stuck there in confusion the monster Army continues to attack the humans in waves as he stands there looking out in horror what seems to be one of the human generals about to be struck down by another demon suddenly the General goes to swing their sword against the beastly monster but the monster just grabs the blade in his bear hand and toss it aside the general drops to their knees and screams help in a surprisingly high-pitched voice revealing that she's a female.
