Chapter 22 The Silph Corporation Tour.

"Silph Co. is the leading manufacturer of Pokémon technology. This company develops the most commercially used Poké Balls and several other Pokémon-related items, including medicine and Technical Machines, looking for ways to improve them. It supplies the Poké Marts all over Kanto and Johto region. Our product is event exported to all over the world."

"Sylph Corporation main building is an 11 floor skyscraper. Our company is divided into six main departments and a few other small department and each of the main department have their own floor. The other remaining floor is the main lobby on the ground floor, a few small department offices at the second floor, the dining hall on the sixth floor. The ninth floor is for the infirmary, gym, sleeping room and gaming room. It is mainly for resting and recreation. On the top floor is the party venue as well as the Mr Silph the president office and the meeting room."

We visit all the room while Mr Seo introduce each floor to us. I also took the chance to collect various item using my GBA Device.

"The third floor is the Pharmaceutical Department. This department is responsible in researching all the medicine and drugs for the sake of healing pokemon and human. They created some verities of potion and antidote for many kind of poison. They also research about pokemon move that contain healing power and try to understand the phenomena and try to replicate it using machine and natural ingredient."

"The fourth floor is the Pokemon Food Research Department. They are the main creator of various kind of recipe for different type of pokemon that can be found in the market nowadays. Right now they are trying to create a universal type of food that can permanently increase pokemon stat for all type of pokemon with codename (Rare Candy). They also try to create food that can increase certain stat permanently and suitable for all pokemon with codename (Vitamin)."

I guess it might be the same as the Rare Candy, Iron, Protein, Carbos, Calsium and Zinc that I got with my GBA Device. So these thing really exist it just that they are still under research right now.

"The fifth floor is my department. This is a new department of Sylph Co. and just been upgraded into a main department. Our name is Pokemon Accessory Department. The Accessory that we develop is not a normal item but they can have special effect. The idea of this department is created when we discover that some item found in the world can have effect on the strength of a pokemon move for example a Magnet found on Thunder Cloud Mountain can strengthen electric pokemon move, or a seed found in deep forest can enhance Grass pokemon Move. Of course all those item is very rare and it's impossible to be mass produce so our department is researching for a cheaper substitute. Even if the effect is weaker but it still has some effect."

"Thanks to the machine I got in Pokemon Tower and the help of Mr Fuji I manages to complete my theories on an accessory call Soothe Bell. It can be given to pokemon to calm them down and increase the friendliness with the pokemon. It produces a sound that is like by pokemon and it can reduce pokemon wariness toward their trainer."

Soothe Bell, I think that is the item that I give Leafeon to held. That means they are trying to produce held item like in the game.

"The Sixth Floor is the Company Dining Room; this is where all the employee of Silph Co. takes their food. To ensure the health of all employee the President Mr. Silph invite famous Chef and Nutritionist to work here. Sadly, most researcher prefer ration and instant food."

"The Seventh Floor is the TM Department. The TM is an abbreviation of Technical Machine; they are training tool develop to train pokemon in certain move. Different skill of pokemon need different training method to learn and they are the main supplier to the Gym all over Kanto. I heard that the latest research in this department is to create a sleep learning device that can bring pokemon consciousness into a virtual reality where they will experience themselves on how a pokemon move is executed."

"The Eight floor is the General Appliance Department. This is the department where all the tools to help in people livelihood is developed. Some of the item the create is like the everyday electronic device, camping tools, pokemon powered tools and many more. I heard that their latest research in on making teleporting device that can teleport human."

"The ninth floor is the employee resting area. There is the infirmary for the employee that sick, the resting room for employee to sleep at since they are a lot of researcher who make their lab as their house and rarely return home. There are also the game room for the employee to release their stress. Mr Silph have spent a lot of effort to prepare cutting edge equipment here for the benefit of all worker."

"The tenth floor is the floor for the most important department in Silph Co. the Capture Ball Department. They have developed many kinds of Capturing ball like Poke Ball, Great Ball and Ultra Ball. They also develop the Safari Ball use in the Safari Zone. Poke Ball is the first merchandise of Silph Corporation and also the starting point of this company. The product of this department have been spread all over the world."

"The eleventh floor is the office of the CEO of the Silph Corporation Mr, Sylph. It is also the party venue of this Anniversary Celebration Party. We need to register first at the reception before we can enter. With this we have finish touring all of the Silph Co. Main Building. It is almost 07.30 and the party is going to start at 08.00 PM. Let's register first before we enter."

During the tour I have manage to pick up all the item on each floor, I also saw many lab and creation, of course we can also enter the public area and we can't see any classified information but we spend some time at all the floor until we reach the top floor. Mr Seo also explain a lot of things to us along the way. When we reach the top floor, there are already a lot of people here for the party. So we que to register outside the door of the party venue.
