Augustus already had a thirty-two-win streak in the Battle Arena, and every fight so far had been easy compared to the Succubi, Irregulars, and Leo.
In the Battle Arena, everything dealt almost the same amount of damage, regardless of how strong you were. It depended on the lethality of your attack. Damage to the feet dealt the least amount, while damage to the head dealt the most. The body dealt a moderate amount of damage, and magic types had different damage varieties. For example, if you got hit by a burn, it dealt a certain amount of damage and also applied a burning modifier.
The Battle Arena system wasn't that realistic, but it focused more on technique, although you could still overpower someone with pure stats.
