[Urga's Background] Sandscale Serpents
The Sandscale Serpent is the most avoided creature in the desert as it's the mortal enemy of Orcs for as long as their tribes have existed in the desert. Orcs have been hunting them, and in turn, the serpents hunt Orcs as well.
"What shitty luck to encounter a Sandscale serpent. We haven't even entered their territory yet. Is it because Urgak has been hunting them recently, and now they're out here for revenge?" Moghul speculated.
The Sandscale Serpent is a fearsome creature with golden scales—scales made of gold. In fact, most of their weapons are made from the serpent's scales due to their toughness.
The size of the sharp crown and horn on the Sandscale's head indicates its age, making it more troublesome to deal with. It also possesses a strong venomous gland that can instantly melt through an Orc's tough skin. The only way to protect against the venom is by using armor or weapons made from the serpent's scales to block the attacks.
