Journee, an NYPD officer and Archer, an FBI agent are after a common mafia boss, but they don’t know it. While Commissioner William was giving his speech, Journee glanced at Captain Sewell who was staring at her angrily. She knew why he was giving such a reaction. He was furious at her for breaking the traffic rules and putting so many lives in danger. She knew that her father had tried to smooth things over for her, but she knew her, Captain. Without talking to her, he was never going to forgive her.
She knew he cared for her and she too respected him. But today she was not ready for any lecture or scolding. Her only focus was the drug raid. She looked away from her Captain and concentrated on her father's words.
William continued, "Now I will ask the captain of the 15th precinct to address you all."
