Journee, an NYPD officer and Archer, an FBI agent are after a common mafia boss, but they don’t know it. They cross each other’s path at every corner and involuntarily destroy each other chances to make a case against him. Each unknowingly keeps sabotaging the other. Journee told everything about the phone number to William. When she heard Zachary's name, she was shocked to her core and now it was William's turn. He froze after he realized that Zachary might be back. Maybe he could now find out what happened to his daughter. "He is back" kept resonating in his ears.
"That's what you meant by 'he is back'?" he almost whispered.
"Yes, dad," replied Journee, sympathetically.
William gathered his thoughts and gulped. "But we have no proof that he is back. It was a burner he used five years ago, and the phone resurfaced. It does not mean the person who used the phone tonight was Zachary. Anyone from the Hall crime family could have kept that phone with them."
"Slit throat is another clue, dad," said Journee. "That's how he killed Zane."
