SS. 2 Status
Opening my eyes, I lay on a nice bed. It had fluffy blankets, and the room seemed to be for royalty. A maid beside me noticed me waking up and ran out.
I tried to remember what I had heard.
<Congratulations on awakening the Divine System!>
<For volunteering to save another world, you have gained the (Hero) job.>
<For obtaining the (Hero) job, you have been given the (Hero) title.>
<For getting the (Hero) title, you have earned the skill (Growth Lvl.1) (Light Magic Lvl.1) (Luck Lvl. 1) (Gods Grace Lvl.1)>
That's what I could remember, but it's a little confusing. Divine System? Is this some game-like fantasy world??
Well, I guess that kind of makes sense.
"System!"
Nope well, that was cringy. How do I make this thing appear?
While I was trying something different, I heard someone come in. It was Princess Juliette with some knights behind her.
"I'm so glad you have awoken! I'm sorry this is sudden but are you feeling alright to see the King. My father wants to see your status. It's fine if you still feel unwell, but this is urgent."
Juliette again starts to ramble with a panicky face. I only smile and say,
"Yes, I am fine; lead me to him."
It seems that he has a way of seeing it. I'm kind of excited to see my stats. Hopefully, it's like an RPG-type game. I slowly follow Juliette to the throne room again. I enter and kneel again, but the King stops me.
"Here, take this. This is only 1 of 3 level 9 appraisal stones. Just touch it, and it will show your stats."
I gulp as I touch the jade-like oval. When I touch It, I feel a weird connection with it. In front of everyone, a game-like status appears.

Everyone put on shocked faces as they stared at my stats.
"This… this is crazy for just a level 1!"
It seemed normal to me, but others were freaking out. Juliette comes over and whispers something in my ear.
When I heard it was astounded.
When people are only at level 1, even as adults, the highest stats will usually only be 5-10; even 10 is very rare for a human. Not to mention all of the skills I got.
They are just as crazy. From the old textbooks, the mages found out that the (Growth) skill increases exp gain by 400% and skill exp by 250%.
(Light Magic) is, of course, just a magic skill.
(Luck) That's just what it sounds like. It's a skill that increases a person's Luck. Whether it be gaining more exp or obtaining conditions for a new skill or title.
Lastly, (God's Grace) is a skill said to be given by the Gods only to a Hero. This skill, like Luck, helps the Hero get out of situations.
It's just plot armor, from what I've heard.
That's broken. If I have plot armor, aren't I invincible?!?
After the meeting with the King, I was set to be conferred the Hero who would kill the Demon Lord.
"Wow, to think you are already so strong at level one! Imagine what you would be at level 50!"
Juliette is talking to me while we walk back to my room. She is a cheery girl, so it's pretty easy to talk to her.
"Well, I'm not too strong yet. I wouldn't be able to defeat a low-rank knight, let alone a demon. I still need to become stronger. Please support me and help me become stronger."
I was now staring at Jullietes bright blue eyes with a firm gaze. I need to get stronger so I can save this world and go back.
"Alright, I'll do my best!"
She does a little fist pump in the air to show her enthusiasm. We walk back, and the first step of my life in this new world called Hearthia has just begun.
