Immediately after entering his house he sat cross legged and started cultivating.

An hour passed and the time for practicing finished.

As soon as he had the feeling of a breakthrough, he sat cross legged and tried breaking trough the Tempered Body 1st Stage.

"But without the Tempered Body Record, how should i cultivate? Right! the Incense!" He said while leaving his house and heading to the High Heaven Pavilion's treasury.

He reached the treasury and as soon as he entered he saw an old man with a perverted face.

Then Nie Yong paid and took the herbs, thanking the treasurer before leaving.

Then Nie Yong immediately returned home and after taking the Incense from under his bed, he put inside it one stalk of each the herbs and they started burning.

The incense was making the air suffocating and the body heavy, suppressing the cultivation speed.

"What an incredible thing to train" he said before starting doing calisthenics.

After a couple of hours, the incense finally stopped its effects after the stalks completely burned.

"I can feel my strength rising! Is this another breakthrough?"

"Two breakthroughs in a day! It's awe-" he said before being interrupted again by his impurities coming out of his body.

"A lion! Where is it?" He was in fear even though he was powerful enough to kill one, but then he heard another roar.

This time the roar seemed much more familiar.

It was his stomach asking for food.

"Well, it's been two days since i barely eat anything!" Said Nie Yong while searching for food in his house, but couldn't find any.

"Guess, it's time to buy some rice, isn'it"

He was walking on the roads of the Black Plum Village, until he saw a rather familiar shop.

It was ths shop where Yang Kai used to buy rice and so he decided to enter it as well for some rice.

But when he knocked on the door to see if it was still open since it was almost night a woman opened the door and said "Hey Master Yong, you came earlier than what we had set up, but that doesn't matter, because you'll make this slave of yours happy tonight, right?"
