Elder Chief's ancestral home was in a small county surrounded by mountains.
The county wasn't large and due to the embrace of the mountains around it, the little villages scattered about were almost all located halfway up the mountainside.
Elder Chief was born in a village called Anyang Village, and to get there, just riding the bus up the mountain took over four hours.
Fortunately, as soon as grandfather and grandchild got off the plane, someone was there to pick them up, thereby avoiding the hassle of taking the bus.
The person who came was a fat man about 1.7 meters tall, in his thirties, with a buzz cut and a square face—not particularly handsome.
Upon seeing Elder Chief, he immediately greeted, "Uncle."
This "Uncle" spoken with a local accent pulled Elder Chief back to the past in a flash.
After sizing up the man carefully, Elder Chief broke into a grin and patted his sturdy shoulders, saying, "You're Jiang Shitou? You've gotten so fat I almost didn't recognize you."
