After Joy

Maria sat down, "This is crazy, even though it's not in the right place, I can finally feel it..." Maria smiled faintly.

Her breath felt heavy, as if the air was pressing on every inch of Her lungs, yet behind it, an inexplicable relief.

Something she had been searching for all this time was finally within reach, even though it was in a chaotic state. The sound of the wind whispered softly, as if murmuring secrets that only he could hear.

She took a deep breath, trying to calm the turmoil in her chest.

Her hands trembled, but not out of fear, rather because of the enthusiasm that ignited a fire within her.

"Is this... the beginning of everything?" she whispered to himself, Her gaze fixed on Mike who was now putting his pants back on.

While adjusting his pants, Mike sneaky glances at Maria, his vibe cold and unreadable. "Are you ok?" he asks, his voice flat but not totally uncaring.
