Chapter 275- Leo's safety

  "That went well!" Rizi turned around and glanced at Zain with an evident relief spread across her face. She respected Field Marshal Morris and his concern for her, but this was her battle, and she could not simply stay back and allow others to face dangers alone.

"Yes. Don't worry about Field Marshal Morris. I have already informed him that you will join me in the mission!" Zain gave a slow pat on her shoulder. Her worries were evident on her face.

"Thank you!" Rizi flashed a genuine smile. She rested her head on his shoulder and took a deep breath. 

God knows what will happen once they reach La Rochelle! But right now she wanted to enjoy this peace as long as it lasted.

They stayed like this for some time. 

"Is Leo ready?" Zain questioned Rizi with a soft gulp which didn't go unnoticed by Rizi.

Sensing his nervousness, Rizi couldn't help but question, "What's bothering you?"
