Chris believed that he was used to extreme pain. It wasn't physical pain like he was feeling right now, but because of his parents, he always felt that his heart was being cut into two. However, he realized that he would rather be berated by his parents for hours than deal with this pain.
"God fucking damn it. How do these main characters of those light novels deal with destroying their body?!" Chris screamed while contemplating all of his life decisions.
As time went by, Chris regrew around 24 bones.
"I CAN'T! I CAN'T!" Chris screamed as he took the Bone Dampener Pill. Immediately the pain dissipated and Chris laid down on the floor while weakly breathing.
'System how many bones have I regrown. I lost count after around 10,'
-Host has spent 2 hours crying like a baby thus regrowing 24 bones. If Host keeps this up, you will only need 8 more Bone Rebirth Pills to complete your transformation.-
'Shut up! You don't even have a body so what would you know about regrowing your bones,' Chris retorted angrily.
-I may not have a body, but always being near you as you complain is just as painful as regrowing a couple of bones.-
'Are you trying to be smart with me?' Chris asked angrily, but he was also surprised as he never expected to hear anything witty from the emotionless system. However, the system did not answer again.
'Tch, what a fucking pussy,' Chris thought with frustration as he felt like he lost to the system.
After a couple minutes of resting, Chris left the restroom.
'I never figured out how strong I am even though I passed level 1 of the technique. I mean it's more along the lines of me not having to opportunity to test myself, but since the world's greatest punching bag is right in front me of, let's give it a shot,' Chris said as he started to stare at Greg with an evil smile.
Greg started to shiver when he noticed Chris' stare, but he did not say anything and pretended to be ignorant about Chris' evil intentions towards him.
However, ignorance wasn't enough to keep Chris away. After a couple more minutes of rest, when Greg felt that he was in the clear, Chris walked towards him.
"Hey what's your name?" Chris asked with a huge smile.
"My name is Greg sir," Greg politely answered.
"So since you're in the FBI, you guys should be pretty tough right?" Chris once again asked with the same smile.
"As a FBI, I would like to think we would have around the same resilience as a special forces soldier and if we're inferior, it would only be by a bit,"
"Oh, then if it is ok with you, would you mind stretching out your hand towards me. Do not clench it into a fist. Just open it,"
Greg felt a bit suspicious, but he did as he was told and stretched his hand towards Chris.
"Alright, I'm going to punch it with all my strength. I just want to see what all that exercise did to my body. Since I'm a mere high school student, you wouldn't be afraid right?" Chris asked.
Greg did not want to be a part of this, but he felt that he had no choice in this matter. With a sigh, he nodded his head.
'What's the worst that could happen?' Greg thought as he thought that Chris' punch would just tickle his hand at best. Even though he was one of the weaker agents in the FBI, he still is part of the FBI and body strengthening was one of the core lessons any FBI agents needed to do.
Chris closed his eyes and started to breath in and out. He focused all of his power in his right hand where he felt was the strongest part of his entire body. He opened his eyes and swung his fist at Greg's hand with all his strength.
BAM!
When the punch landed, Greg flew back and hit the door extremely hard almost causing it to break.
Chris looked at his hand shock. He knew that refining his bones would make him extremely strong, but he did not think it would make him so strong that only 17 refined bones were able to make a FBI agent like Greg flying as if he was hit by a small car.
However, Greg looked at Chris with even more shock.
'That power is on the level of the top fighters of the FBI agents. If he gets a bit stronger, he can be on the level of those super agents that are on par with those Eastern martial artists,' Greg thought.
"Ummm... I'm so sorry," Chris said as he snapped out of the shock he felt.
"No worries," Greg said. "However, sir, your strength is superb! If you learn some fighting techniques, most of the FBI agents will not be able to hold their own against you!"
"Haha...," Chris simply laughed and did not say anything else.
As Greg could see that Chris did not want to talk further about this, he simply stayed silent and stood back up. He brought back his composure and stood still like before.
Chris sighed in relief seeing that Greg was not going to push him any further about this. While he tested his strength, he wondered how his reflexes will be like.
'Hmmm... I haven't played League of Legends in a while. Since I have a computer that will have around 200 FPS and I also need to check my reflexes out, let's play a ranked game,"
Chris turned the Corsair One Pro on and in only a couple of seconds, it turned on. Chris quickly downloaded League of Legends and logged onto his smurf account that he hasn't used ever since he got banned in 2011. As he was level 30, he was able to queue up for a ranked match.
'System, how much Hacker Points do I have to pay in order to make my account Master Tier?'
-Host has to pay 30 Hacker Points to boost your account to Master Tier. Will Host do so?-
Yes/No
'For boosting 4 tiers above my rank, 30 Hacker Points are cheap! Yes!'
-Thank you for your purchase. Host now has 88,929 Hacker Points.-
Chris quickly checked his profile and to his joy, he saw that his account was at the Master Tier with 0 LP
(Author's Note: For those who do not know, Master Tier is the second highest rank in League of Legends. LP is points that is earned if one wins a game of ranked. If one loses, they lose LP.)
"Alright let's queue up!" Chris screamed as his body started to get pumped with energy
Thx for waiting guys. It took a while, but I'm finally starting to write again. Next chap is going to be about League of Legends!
