Tentacle God's new Disciple? (Part 2)

As the Tentacle God went on Tie Zhu's started developing a headache as he tried to comprehend what was being said.

"WHAT?! Two billion years stuck inside a rock?!" he first exclaimed, unable to comprehend such astronomical figures!

'Dantian... Sea of Consciousness... Isn't this exactly like some cultivation novel?' He thought to himself as he wondered if this was all an elaborate prank.

As The Tentacle God finished his final sentence though, Tie Zhu was shocked, yet excited at the same time, forgetting whatever else was said instantly! "Huh?! Disciple? Of a God??? Does that mean I will have super powers?!" He thought, excited of his future possibilities. "If I were to become the disciple of the God of Righteousness and Forgiveness, wouldn't that make me some sort of protagonist figure" He thought, as it was something he had always dreamt about when he was young.

"I Accept!" He exclaimed without a second thought, thinking that he would finally be able to turn his life around for the better. In fact, if his life hadn't taken such a drastic turn for the worse in the last 2 years he would have taken more time to think about this situation more logically, however currently he was desperate! Two years ago the police suddenly turned up at his house informing him that his parents had tragically passed away in a car accident. Their car was completely destroyed and flung off the side of a mountain making the recovery of their bodies impossible! Ever since then he had troubles coming one after another. Last year his parents savings were all used up, forcing him to have to work tirelessly to pay his bills and tuition, while at the same time studying for his university entrance exams that were coming up in a few months!

Due to his increased responsibilities Tie Zhu's life had become chaotic, where some days he would only be able to sleep a few hours. With the added pressure he had seen his grades fall, where once he had been the top student, however now he was in the middle of the class. All he wanted now was stability. He wanted to be able to protect himself and the ones he cared about, so when this opportunity presented itself he jumped on it immediately!

"Wait, I still have a question. Yesterday when the rock struck me it completely destroyed my crotch, how did it suddenly become like this?" He thought to the God, while looking down at the behemoth.

"Ehhmm.. Well you see.. when I sealed myself in the stone, the Tentacle God also left an imprint on the stone.. Because of the energy left in the stone, when it struck you the Tentacles gods residual energy integrated with your body. I guess you could say that part of the Tentacle Gods essence is inside you, in fact some of his heinous abilities have probably been passed down to you..." The Tentacle God replied trying to make up as much bulls**t up on the spot.

"I see... WAIT! If the Tentacle God left an imprint on the rock and its now fused with me wouldn't the Tentacle God have noticed?" Tie Zhu nervously replied.

'.... Fuck Why does he keep asking me questions! I can only bulls**t so much 😓' He thought as he inwardly cursed Tie Zhu.

".....well, not necessarily. You see, At the time when the Tentacle God and me fought, it was at the rank of a high level Ascended God, the same rank as me. Normally those who have cultivated to that stage have a maximum lifespan of 500 million years. I had been travelling for at least 2 billion years, so it's highly likely that the Tentacle God has died of old age, unless of course he managed to make it past his bottleneck... That however should be close to impossible as that had never happened for as long as I can remember. The reason why I am still alive however is precisely because of that black stone. Although I sacrificed a lot of my power sealing myself in there, It managed to completely stop my ageing process, as it is a Cosmic Spatial level Equipment. Not only can it store boundless amounts of items, everything stored in it will not age at all! It is a priceless treasure with no equal!" 😅He replied, praising his own wits that he was able to come up with a flawless response so quickly. 'Hahaha, still as crafty as ever' he thought to himself as he saw Tie Zhu slowly nod his head while listening to his explanation.

"Okay, now that everything is out of the way let me make one thing clear. As your master it is going to be your job to help me recreate my own body. I don't think that its going to help either of us if i'm like this for the rest of our lives. To do that however you are going to have to cultivate to the level of a Divine Warrior. If all goes well it should only take about 10000 years. Now I wi..."

"10000 YEARS!!!" Tie Zhu suddenly exclaimed. He was following along with everything said up until now but when he heard that this God would reside within him for 10000 years he could not help himself. However he soon thought back. That Ascended gods themselves could even live for 500 million years soon made him realise that 10000 years to this entity truly was like a drop in the ocean.

"Yes, 10000 years, and that's assuming you have outstanding talent, otherwise you would not even make it past the Qi condensation stage! Don't worry about it too much though, when I entered your sea of consciousness I noticed that you had an extremely rare pure yang body. This means you should have exceptional natural talent!🤬🤬🤬" He replied, while still cursing the constitution that had imprisoned him to his current situation.

"Before we start I am going to tell you about the 7 known steps of cultivation stating from the lowest. The first stage is the Qi Condensation step, followed by the Foundation Establishment. This is then proceeded by Core Formation and Nascent Soul. While each new stage would normally require you to break though a bottleneck, your Pure Yang body will allow you to progress rather smoothly, especially in comparison to other cultivators. Moving beyond the Nascent soul stage however is different! The stage to becoming a Divine Warrior will require you to go through a Heavenly Tribulation, as you ascend out of the mortal realms to move towards the path to Godhood! From then the next stage is a Demigod and finally Ascended God. In each step however, there are 9 different stages, so that it can be divided into a lower, medium, and high class." The Tentacle God narrated.

"Now I will move onto other important things that you should know. In the cultivation world, there are also different elements. The main ones and most common are the natural elemental laws of fire, water, earth, wind and wood. There are also higher level elements being lightning, darkness and light, however people with affinities for those are extremely rare and those people usually have more than one affinity! Last but definitely not least are the Supreme Elemental Laws. Time and Space! Those who control those can often distort reality to a certain degree! Moving on, I will now talk about equipment. There are 5 categories of magical equipment, staring from the most common Spirit grade. Moving up is Earth, then Heaven, Divine and finally Universal Divine or Cosmic for short. Cosmic tools are all priceless and immeasurable in worth. One Cosmic tool could be worth more than everything in an entire galaxy or more! That black stone you have is not only a Cosmic Tool but one with both Spatial and Time attributes so you can understand why I was so nervous when you almost threw it away!" The Tentacle God scolded. "Not only is it in itself priceless, the contents inside are all treasures of immeasurable wealth from spirit pills, medicinal plants, weapons, armour and more! Only an idiot would throw that all away! Now I think that covers all the basics, Do you have any questions?" He asked, noticing the excited expression on Tie Zhu's face!
