Lex hovered in the air and looked at the destruction he had caused. He had experimented something and failed, to some extent.
'So, what did you found?'
[You already guessed it, haven't you?]
'She really can release the energy she absorbs in the environment?'
[Yup. Good guess, I guess.]
'It wasn't hard, really. There is a limit to which she can absorb the elemental energy, even if it's too high. So, either that's her limit completely or she just releases the energy she absorbed in the atmosphere.'
[Yes, but she didn't do that this time.]
Lex smiled. Of course, Katelyn wouldn't do that. Kendra was present there and releasing Fire Elemental Energy was just asking for trouble. It would attract the flames and make them even hotter and bigger, more potent.
That's what Lex planned. He just did a large scale attack and made a scene where even if Katelyn wanted to, she wouldn't be able to release her elemental energy.
