"What a powerful aura!" Moondemon gasped. The boom just now wasn't an attack; it was just the aura of the entity in the sky.

"It seems the wolf beast was the other disaster!" she thought.

"Two disasters—the first is the wolf, which is more imminent but not as dangerous as the second disaster, which, although not as immediate, has the power to swallow the whole world!" She concluded.

"Even if I somehow survive this wolf, I will eventually be swallowed by the big demon of the second disaster. Maybe the only way out is to use the wolf beast's power to stop the big demon?" She pondered this possibility, again relying on the moon for confirmation.

Unfortunately, the wolf beast and the big demon were far beyond her league; she couldn't discern anything.

"This is my only chance!" she thought. She had no idea if the wolf beast had any intelligence, but trying didn't hurt. She shouted, "Your Honor, Wolf! I have something very important to tell you! The big demon has awakened!" She noticed an obvious change in the 'expression' of the wolf as she said this.

"What are you doing? Why are you exposing our lord's secret?" Skyfire screamed, glaring at her with murderous intent.

"Your Honor, Wolf, this is Skyfire, the Demon King. She was brought back to life by the big demon; you can check for yourself. I have the power to predict the future; I can help you against the big demon!" Moondemon shouted, saying anything that might help her survival.

"Let me check my luck!" Moondemon checked the flow of luck once more. It was much better than before; the threat of the wolf beast nearly disappeared. Instead, it began supporting her luck, defending it against the more terrifying dark clouds. Upon seeing the scene, she almost showed relief on her face but fortunately stopped herself at the last moment. Of course, her 'face' was hideous, so the wolf likely wouldn't notice her facial expression; all that said, she didn't take any risks and kept her face stiff and emotionless.

"You bastard! I'm going to kill you!" Skyfire was about to cast her 'Sun's Surface' spell, but just before she could, she disappeared.

Looking up, Moondemon felt a chill. She saw Skyfire, the Demon King, hanging from the wolf beast's mouth, struggling but unable to move. Clearly, the wolf had a way to prevent even Demon Kings from casting their spells.

A moment later, the wolf ate Skyfire, chewing carefully as if savoring the taste.

Moondemon didn't dare say anything; she stood there, waiting.

"You look ugly; let's fix that!" said a man who suddenly appeared beside her.

The next moment, Moondemon's massive body shrank. In the blink of an eye, her body transformed into that of an average human woman.

Looking at the man before her, she knew it was the wolf's human form.

"How is it possible? I can't even follow his movements! He is far beyond Demon Kings!" She felt absurd; how could she be so weak she couldn't even put up the slightest defense?

"His spells, they're beyond legendary! They're divine spells from legend! Is he at the same level as the big demon?" She began to doubt everything.

"Let's go somewhere to talk," said the mysterious wolf in human form.

"Yes!" Moondemon stood and led the way. A few demons were panicking around, and she swiftly kicked them out.

After entering a room and closing the door, she turned around and respectfully presented a chair, saying, "Please, Your Majesty, Wolf Demon."

"Just call me M. Now, tell me all you know!"

"Your Honor M, I can help you with prophecy! Give me a few days to study the flow of luck carefully; I will find clues!" she said.

"Okay," the man said and then disappeared.

Seeing the first disaster leave, Moondemon sighed with relief. Now, as long as she satisfies him, not only would he not kill her, but he would even protect her.

Mike stared at his reflection in a river.

"I have changed!" he thought. Today, he ate a demon in human form. Although it was necessary to perform his 'Brain Spy' spell, the former him would have probably resisted eating a humanoid-looking body. Also, he truly enjoyed the process and especially liked the taste, which is particularly disturbing, given that demons are famous for their poisonous body and blood, one drop of which can kill thousands of ordinary people.

"Anyways, who cares; as long as I get closer to immortality," he brushed it aside without any psychological burden. As a man with the experience of two lives, his mental strength was far beyond imagination.

"I don't get it; my bloodline is only 20% more than Demon Kings. Why am I so powerful compared to them?" He didn't quite understand the logic but couldn't complain.

"I really cannot imagine how powerful I would be if my bloodline purity increases further!" he thought, looking forward to it.

"But my biggest issue is not power; it's longevity. The upper limit is still stuck at 100 years!" He looked at the system panel and could only sigh.

"Let's just wait here!" he thought. It's best to wait a few days to see the result of Moondemon's work.

"Hmm, I can't get through the last layer!" Moondemon worked for a few days, even burning a bit of her life essence to break through the dark fog and see the secret behind the resurrection of the big demon, but to no avail. Her power was far inferior.

"Are you done?" The mysterious wolf in a human body, M, suddenly appeared.

"Is this enough?" M touched her chest. Her current physique looked like a woman who wore no clothes; as a demon, she didn't bother and even looked down on wearing clothes; someone suddenly touching her chest looked awkward. But at that moment, that was not what she was thinking about. Along with the touch, an extremely powerful energy, hundreds of times more potent than her bloodline energy, entered her body. Fortunately, the energy was not hostile to her; instead, it assisted her.

With M's help, she finally broke through the last layer and saw what the big demon was trying to hide.

"NooOoooOoo!" she screamed and lost consciousness.

M checked on her and concluded that her condition was stable.

After an hour, she woke up, looking around, confused.

"So?" asked M.

"Our lord, the big demon, the immortal, has returned!" She looked at the sky and started laughing like crazy.

M's eyes narrowed. He thought, "Maybe I should just leave here and slaughter a few cities to quickly gather more dice instead of wasting my time here?" He seriously considered eating Moondemon, but ultimately, he stopped himself.

Firstly, the habit of eating humanoid bodies would never go well. If it continues like this, he may turn into a demon who eats people. Just a few weeks ago, he couldn't have imagined eating people, but now, he seems pretty tempted by the thought of it. This is a clear sign that, according to humans, he can be considered a fallen magician who gave in to demonic desires.

Secondly, he was too curious to leave now. After going through this many troubles, it's best to see the results at least.

Therefore, he cast his spell, "Mental Dam!"

His spell, far more powerful than 'ordinary' legendary spells, entered Moondemon's head and started blocking off the influence of the big demon's power. A fierce fight broke out in her mind, with M's power slightly overpowering the big demon's.

"This big demon doesn't seem that strong!" M thought.

The next moment, a massive surge of power swept the dam aside.

"What? Where did that power come from? Maybe... Oh yeah, Moondemon is possessed, or rather, It's more accurate to say that she's nearly possessed. She still managed to preserve a small piece of herself, although only a distorted one that worships the big demon. But if this continues, the big demon will completely possess her." M still doesn't know the big demon's current location and situation, but in any case, allowing it to possess Moondemon was not part of his plan.

"Let's see who's stronger!" He smiled cruelly and cast "Triple Boosted Double Mental Dam!"

Mental Dam was a legendary spell; even boosting it once is extremely difficult for Demon Kings. But M boosted it three times and even doubled it.

M's power was much more significant this time; Big Demon's power tried to resist but was beaten back. Just as it was about to be wholly contained, another power surge overflowed!

"Triple Boosted Double Wolf Seal!" Mike cast another legendary spell. Strictly speaking, sealing was not his specialty. Wolf Seal is not strong among legendary spells, but considering the enormous power he put behind the spell, even an ordinary spell would gain fantastic power, let alone a legendary one.

The mental dam and the big demon's power were in a fierce fight, with the latter having a slight advantage. But suddenly, the Wolf Seal entered the battlefield, overwhelming the big demon's power and completely sealing all of its influence. The Mental Dam also removed all the craziness and mental pollution and safely contained them in a corner.

"Unfortunately, I cannot eliminate the big demon's influence. After this, Moondemon will be like a time bomb. She has no chance without me recharging the seal and dam once in a while. Maybe it's not bad; she needs me for survival, so she will never betray me willingly," he thought calmly.

After a few minutes, Moondemon suddenly opened her eyes and sighed with relief when she saw M.

"What did you see?" asked M.

"Your Honor, I know why the big demon was resurrected!" she said, gasping for breath.

M waited for her to stand up and take a deep breath.

"Because of what your Honor did! After demons die, their bloodline evaporates and circulates the world for years, maybe hundreds of years. When your Honor killed thousands of demons, all that bloodline started circulating the world. The pieces started sticking together and gradually transformed into a much more sinister form.

"All the demonic bloodlines were originally part of the big demon. The reason the big demon was not able to resurrect until now was that the demons, by their mere existence, kept the bloodline out of reach. Your actions made all those demonic bloodlines available to the big demon!" Moondemon explained.

"It still hasn't come back to life, but it's not far away. We must prevent any other demon from dying; if the big demon resurrects, we will all die!"
