"Get out, get out. Don't come back again…" A few gamblers shouted at William to get out of the gambling joint.
William was losing money.
And it was too much for the other gamblers to bear.
They thought that William was intentionally doing so to make the gamblers lose their money.
Everyone knew that William had bad luck, and they wanted to place their bet opposite to his.
But William would not place his bets. What could the other gamblers do?
As long as gamblers staked high, William would also place the same bets. No matter how the dealer tried, both William and the high-stakers would lose.
The gamblers thought that William was cheating and viewed him as an employee of the gambling joint…
Even though the joint was making money, it was not good for William to stay. A lot of the gamblers had been put off by William's bad luck.
