The general of West Xia was furious when he received news that seven or eight guardhouses at the border of West Xia had been messed with at once. He grabbed his sword and was about to fight Qi Haoran to the death when he was stopped by his subordinates. "General, none of our men died!"
"Even though none of our men died, our things were snatched away. He even injured so many of our soldiers. Qi Haoran is too much!"
The deputy general's lips twitched. "General, the Han people are imitating us. Don't they have this saying 'to give someone a taste of their own medicine'? I think that's what Qi Haoran is trying to do."
The general slammed the table angrily and pointed at his nose. "Are you on our side or theirs?"
"General, I'm just telling the truth. I have no intention of speaking up for them."
