PLAN I

SOMEONE'S POV

We've been looking for her, but we have no idea where she is or who has her. We didn't know if she was breathing at all. I don't want to lose her as well. I don't want to be depressed again.

*knock* *knock*

"Come in." I'm hoping it is a piece of good news. I hope they found her. I would have been able to assist in her search if this task had not been so important.

"My Lord. we've found her." my informant said. I look at him ferociously. You're dead if this isn't true. "We've found her location," 

I'm glad. I don't want to lose her again. "I see..."

YULE'S POV

"Milady, I'm sorry for not taking care of you. it's my fault--"

"No need to apologize."

I cut what she's saying since it will just lead to her apologizing indefinitely. I'm here at the villa and now she's brushing my hair. As I look at myself in the mirror, I can't seem to realize that this is happening. Long, wavy chestnut brown hair, bright hazel eyes, and pale, pinkish complexion. These are the things I see in the mirror. I still resemble my former self.

When I was a lot younger in the past before revealing my full abilities. However, few people know who I am beyond my appearance before discovering the true power that causes me to turn my hair into a silvery-white color and my eyes into cold blue. and it's not like I'm capable of performing magic right now.

I am now, Adelle Louise Larmaleilles. I am now entirely controlling this body. Even though I don't know why or how I was reborn. My current objective is to figure out how and why. I know the procedure is slow because while I'm in the body of an eight-year-old child, I can't do anything. For now, I am weak, and I despise it. I sense a danger coming.

So, I need to plan this out. I'm still a child and I know the Marquess won't permit me to travel on my own, to find out the truth.

"Milady, let's get you dressed up." the servant said and helped me up to put on this fancy pink dress.

When we arrived at the villa The Marquess advised me to change my clothes because they were filthy. And, of course, while I'm getting dressed, Marquess and Daniel will discuss the reward. Daniel will explain how he located me and assisted me in escaping from the ice.

*knock* *knock*

"Milady, the dinner is ready." I heard the other servant outside. I stand up and let my servant lead the way. As I walk by, I can hear all the gossip around. As if they want me to hear it.

"I heard that the lady lost her memory."

"Oh, really? How'd you know?"

"Said the boy, that the Marquess brought here."

"Oh, poor lady. She must have had a bad experience when she lost."

"Maybe you're right."

I can hear them. It's not as if I'm too far away. I entered the dining room and saw Marquess and Daniel still discussing some matters.

"Yes, my lord. Although I'm still a child. I'll do whatever to help my old man." Daniel said.

The Marquess nodded in awe "Hmm. A good child..." the Marquess said 

Daniel chuckled "That's the thing your daughter said to me when I help her, my lord. Truly like father like daughter." The Marquess also chuckled.

Oh, come to think of it. Daniel seemed to be having a wonderful time. Didn't he say earlier in town that he's simply picking herbs for her elderly father and is rushing back because he's afraid he'll be angry? I'll simply remind him when we've finished our supper.

I took a seat next to Marquess. And the servant brings all of the dishes to the table right away. Wow! Just seeing the meals begin to be placed on the table makes me practically drool.

I only had a bite of the apple that Daniel gave to me. Now that I feel hungry again. I have the impression that I can stuff all of this food into my stomach. There's a plate of seafood, steak, salmon salad, and many more. It feels like a banquet. The Marquess needs to eat first, it's an etiquette of the noble.

The person with the highest position at the table must touch his meal first, before the one with the lowest status. It is a sign of status and respect.

When he touches his food, it signals we can eat. I arranged the fish and salad on my plate.

When I reached out to take the steak, the Marquess dropped his cutlery, which surprised both of me and Daniel. I looked at him, and he yelled at the servants furiously.

"Who put the steak in front of Adelle?" he said solemnly, his voice was frightening. He was upset, so I didn't reach for the steak.

"Why?" I inquired, "Am I not permitted to eat steak?" His enraged expression was replaced with a sorrowful and pitiful expression.

"Adelle, you're allergic to red meat; any meat, including beef, hog, and lamb, is harmful to you; I'm sorry; I should have told you first," the Marquess explained.

I'm not sure if this rebirth is a blessing. I can't regulate mana; thus, I'm not allowed to consume such luscious meat.

I'm sure I'm depressed right now. I nodded to the Marquess and reached for the shrimp and salad instead. I'll make up for it later with dessert.

"I... I'm also allergic to red meat," Daniel muttered, startled me. When I looked at him, he grinned.

What is he smiling about?

Is he smiling because he isn't allowed to eat red meat? And he's delighted about it? I, for one, am not. I'll go to any length to eat that again. But for the time being, I'm going to savor my second life.

"Oh, really? servants quick! remove the red meat this instant!" the Marquess said and the servants immediately removed all the dishes that had meat on them.

We began to eat quietly. even though I didn't have to consume meat. I can consume a wide range of meals without limitations. Now that I think about it. where's my mother or sister? maybe it's just me and the Marquess together.

"Adelle, I'd like you to know that we're going back early. " The Marquess said.

"Where?" I ask

"Return to our city. here is simply our villa, and we're here because I have some work to do in Eudaimonia City. Generally, you don't usually come along with my job, and when I said I'm going here for 2 weeks, you literally won't let go until I permit you to come with me," he stated.

So…this is just like a rest house for our family. Maybe Adelle has a privilege to many things. 

"We're going back to where?" I ask again while I'm eating.

"We're going back to the city of Tulip."

My eyes widened as my heart started to beat so fast.
