The tiny deer jumped up, trying to butt Owen's knee.
Owen laughed, "Haha, what a cute little animal. Go play over there and have some lettuce. You can eat as much as you want."
The palm-sized deer couldn't eat much, so Owen wasn't worried.
Meanwhile, the red-eyed frog started croaking loudly.
Owen glanced at it and pondered for a moment. "Hmm, it seems like good material for frog leg sandwiches. But a red-eyed frog—could it be poisonous?"
The red-eyed frog was so terrified that it kicked its legs and fainted on the spot.
Owen, holding the snake, headed into the house.
Soon, the sound of sharpening knives echoed from within.
In her miniature deer form, Greenleaf Tialyn quickly kicked the red-eyed frog awake and called out to the hidden caterpillar.
"What do we do? Lord Green Dragon has been captured by that terrifying, evil human," Greenleaf Tialyn whispered. "We have to save him."
