A massive number of shadows have been released after they lost their leaders. Come on brave hunters and adventurers! Eliminate all of them and win the title of *Shadow Slayer*.

There will be a rank for the hunters and adventurers. The first place will win the title and its bonus.

Description of the event:

At 1700 hours, ten portals appeared in five different worlds.

Something happened at the Shadow's underground base. Their leaders suddenly disappeared without notice leaving all of them in a chaotic stance.

Some of them of higher intelligence suspect that their leaders have been taken by someone, so they want revenge. They are preparing to cross the portals that appeared on their underground base and look for their leaders.

Once they achieved their purpose of invading, no one will be able to stop them.

Remember, at the underground base there are not only Shadows but there are also Night Creatures that can infect you.

"Yes, tell them we are going to separate in two groups, one will stay here while the other one will go to France. It would be good if one of members win the title," the man simply said.

In every part of the world everyone was saying the same words, however, the strongest guilds were the firsts ones to mobilize their forces.

The Hunter's Organization wasn't prepare for the sudden arrival of many people into the US. The French branch was in the same situation, but the country was smaller so it called for help to its neighbors. Those three years were going to be lively like 2018 when everything began.

"This…" Sean and his group read at the message that was just sent by the System and were stunned for a brief moment.

They looked at the portal that was getting re-examined after their reports.

The results were impacting: an F-Rank dungeon became an A-Rank dungeon in a matter of hours. They were lucky to made it alive until they found the kid that was missing.

Then, they looks went directly to a red-haired woman who was holding the little hand of a black-haired boy while a blond-haired boy was hugging her leg not letting her go.

It was already ten o'clock in the night.

Viktor didn't want to go to sleep. He kept hugging Rose leg while looking at the sleeping Sora who was exhausted after running for 10 long hours trying to survive.

The doctors checked him and told Rose that he needed to go to a hospital to have a good rest. Rose nodded and took Viktor in her arms. Don't sub-estimate the strength of a hunter even if she or he is a healer.

"Jin, I found them, the two of them. They are alive, but, because of his weak constitution, Sora needs to pass the night at the hospital," Rose called Jin. She knew him, and knew that he was still awake waiting for her to call.

"That's good! I just contacted Viktor's brother. He told me that he is coming next week. I think they gave him permission to come because of the event, but its good that he comes," Jin informed her with a complicated tone. He was trying to occult something.

"Yes Viktor needs to see him, also, what happened? Your voice is shaky," Rose wasn't a fool. She could tell that Jin wasn't telling her all the truth, or, at least, all the information.

"Well…" Jin's voice was sad, "Hah…" he sighed, "Lilian got an attack after you entered the dungeon, we took her to the hospital. But, she didn't survive. Right now, the orphanage is organizing all her papers and also they are preparing the funeral…" Jin explained everything to Rose.

Rose began to cry in silence. Drops of tears were falling from her eyes. Viktor noticed her mood change and looked at her crying face.

"She is now in a better place, at least, she had a good day at the end of her life," Jin tried to console Rose.

Those words were heard by Viktor, whose face also change into one of sadness.

Sean and company looked at the two crying people and thought that Sora died.

"Hey… Are you alright? Is there something we can do for you?" Johana was an observer. She knew that Sora was just sleeping, and before her leader said something wrong, she quickly asked Rose.

Rose looked at her and nodded, "Please, take Viktor to the orphanage. This is the address. I'll go with Sora to the hospital, I need to tell him some sad news once he wakes up," Rose handed Viktor to Johana who then handed him to Jackson.

"Yes, I don't know what just happen, but this boy is a strong one," Johana patted Rose's shoulder and then left.

Rose smiled slightly, "Yes, I know."

"Where I am?" Sora woke up in a white bed in a white room with his body connected to different machines.

At that moment, a nurse came in and looked at the eyed-opened Sora and, with a face full of surprise, turned back calling for a doctor.

After some five minutes, a doctor came in and began to gave Sora a general check up.

"Where I am?" Sora asked the doctor.

"You are in a hospital, do you remember what happened before you fell sleep?" The doctor asked him after finishing the check up.

"Before I fell sleep… I was suck up by a forming portal with Viktor. After sometime running we got separated. Then, I found the hunters, but I continued running because a horde of shadows was charging to me. Finally, I collapse next to the road. I remember someone calling me and also a warm feeling," Sora clearly remember all the events that happened to him inside that dungeon, but he wasn't going to tell the doctor that he made a contract with to monsters.

"Good, I'll make you more questions, try to answer correctly all of them," the doctor began to assess Sora's mind state.

After the questions ended, the doctor told Sora that tomorrow he would be allowed to have visits.

Sora nodded to tell the doctor that he understood.

After the doctor left, Sora opened his personal window and what he saw left him speechless.
