The Moment

It's now night and Grey is making dinner and the kids are still playing in Jaeden's room. "What's for dinner tonight, chef?" I ask. "Hah, Well tonight is Udon." He says. "Yum." I say. I stand behind him with my back leaning on the small table in the kitchen. To be honest Grey has a very nice, modern, and expensive house. He turns around and says "What ever happened to us? We used to be such great friends." I say. "Hm, you met your husband?" He says. "Ah... Right..." I say. "Oh my god I'm so sorry, I forgot." He says. "It's fine... Actually..." I say. He comes closer and brushes my hair back. I get up from leaning on the table and lean in. "Grey are you sure?" I ask. "Yeah..." He says as he kisses me. We then stop and we try acting like nothing happened.

"Dinners ready!" I yell. The kids then come rushing to the dinner table and eat their udon. They finish eating and I help Grey wash the dishes. "What happened earlier..." I say. "I meant it..." Grey says. "Grey, your wife JUST died." I say. "And she cheated on me too!" He says. I look at him with an angry look and start washing again. "Then why still marry her?" I ask. "Because I wasn't... I found out and we were going to get a divorce." He says. "So that's why Jaeden's so sad..." I say. "Yeah..." He reply's.

It's night and we go to bed. Awkward enough, in the same bed-

Me and Grey look at each other and he comes closer and kisses me. He then leads me to the bedroom and we continue. He pushes me against the wall as we kiss. He starts to kiss my neck and then we take it to the bed.

I don't even know what to do with myself so might as well take the kids to school. I get dressed and I wake up the kids. I then take them to school and then head to work.
