Wedding night-II

Opening the door of his house all Qing Shan could see was darkness. Just as he was about to turn on the lights he saw a post it note near the table. Picking it up he read it, "Do not turn on the lights...a gift from mother....Happy marriage..."

This was how better his mother knew him, obeying the orders Qing Shan walked towards his bedroom where he was able to see some faint lights through closed door.

Entering the bedroom Qing Shan saw candles lit at almost every corner of the room while there were rose petals on the floors amd on the bed as well. He could see his wife sitting on the bed with her head bowed down while trying to look at him. Though it was pitch dark with only faint lights from candles but years of training had made Qing Shan capable of making out even small movements in extreme darkness.

Instead of going forward he stood at the same place and kept observing his wife.

It felt rather amusing to him that the girl who was giving him sarcastic remarks around a month ago was not sutting on his bed ready to be devoured and was completely shy.

She was so shy that her struggle to raise her head up and see her husband was complete visible. It was like when a toy is kept in front of a child with him being strictly warned of not touching that toy.

Though she was trying very hard to raise only her eyes and not her head but it was a pity that with Qing Shan's height coupled with the darkness she would be able to see his face.

Since Zhi ruo heard the door opening she had been quite nervous. She knew that she would be married and would soon reach this step with her husband, but she never thought that this would be also the day when she would see her husband first time. She was told by Mother Zhi that men like obedient wife's while mother Qing while going told her to stay in this position like a statue. But she wanted to look at the man, trying hard with only raising her eyes she was able to see only his waist, and this candles were not helping her at all.

Who said this is romantic, it is surely going to be a complete disaster. Fidgeting with the hem of her gown she waited for her husband to speak something or come a little closer so she could atleast see him but suddenly the voice of foot steps stopped making her more nervous.

There was even time when mother Qing left that Zhi ruo had realised about the chance of running away, afterall how can he recognize her.....Like her even he was rushed into the marriage, she can get to practise her makeup skills and leave the premises. Just when she was about to confirm and apply her thoughts the door opened and Qing shan entered making her forget about her useless thoughts...
