I'm am Vex Shin starting my new college life, it's my first year it should be fun right? Who's knows how long I waited to be in a college that I wanted to be in. Bellrix is my name she said with pride in her voice, I'm am Bellrix the Goddess of Life,Death and Reincarnating.

My first wish will be that " I'm reincarnated as dragon and I can transform into a human body when the time come ok" The second wish is " That I keep heterochormia eyes" My Third Wish is " Can I have a system that help get stronger over and have a shop with powers from all other the animes in?". Bellrix said " Yes but there will a point system and system can talk to you when needed is that ok?". I said " Yes and this is final wish when get reincarnated can i keep my memories and be in a five years body?" I asked.
