The whole Humans were in respect after seeing the efforts the person who could sit and eat for life with just showing his face putting off, and even those with the arrogance of breaking through made them feel shame after seeing this.

Stark "Director don't praise me this idea must of that guy and he must have purposefully broken quickly to have the effect of mass calming I just read his thoughts and followed it."

Louis nodded "Sometimes I feel I am not as effective as a nineteen year old brat."

"Don't feel sorry that guy has been through a lot even I cannot handle that pain but he still has his humanity because of his parents which is a blessing for us."

"Well when you said to me that the guy has been rejected by more than 20 girls and even broke their friendship some of which was more than for 10 years I would had been dismissive of myself."

"It just I don't think that guy would ever fall in love again."

"No stark he just need a woman who understand him and just his fans cannot change him his heart may had been cold but there are still deep emotions in them or else becoming a superhuman was not possible as people can easily sacrifice his life many times but they have someone or something that must be protected so they burst out such a power."

"Power of Emotions Leo always says it that the greatest power of humans is emotions and maybe that's why both of them are best rivals and friends."

"Maybe we need to urge the scientific department to find something too supply their food as they are the spears of Humans both of them could easily take on Reaper class spaceships."

Year passed by the only major events in the year were the making of EM weapons and the breakthrough of Eve and Kim to fourth stage which took them ten months in which they were stuck in a stage which was known as Quasi Grade 4 in which they could use their superpower limitedly but their superpower were weird as Eve got the superpower of sound and Kim got the ability to control non energetic metals, Eve to regained the ability to speak which made the circle of four gain little happiness.

The projects such as lunar base and Space hanger was completed with a city of five million people was created on moon mixed with normal and super humans.

The Grade 3 super humans added up to twenty and grade two were more than 10 million grade two super humans and more people awakened and especially the new teenagers who turned 18 and the result for them was as high as 66.8 percent which counted for the 33 percent of total awakened that year as for those that didn't even awaken after two tries were disheartened and some even committed suicide. Too handle this the federation came forth by saying that they had improved the VR technology and in the next group there will be a higher success.

But the truth was the remaining people were either disheartened or shellfish people who could not care about anything else and for such people there would be a remark given on their certificates if they awaken successfully when their life was in danger.

After Leo and Prathamesh gained the ability to do actions they first wrote down the points of breaking through to grade four in the database.

And today the said people were sitting in a normal home in Pune, South Asia.

This was Prathamesh's family.

A normal family but the main thing was everyone one was a superhuman maybe not higher ranked but that means they are a qualified human.

Today the four of them were having a huge Indian type meal names biryani.

And the three of them were surprised to see a smile on the cold faced maniac and seeing him doing household work like a dog all of this was secretly recorded.

Eve "If General saw him working like this he would surely shout what a waste of talent."

Kim "Director Stark jaw should fall to ground."

Two of them were giggling but Leo was happy as he knew that the cold face manic truly loved his parents and he sighed as he also hoped he had them.

But little did he knew that his expression was seen by the said person.

Back to conference room the meeting of eight people was added to ten but no one was felt objected by it.

After a report was made the discussions for the year were carried on.

"Well after hearing the report I can say that the year was a successful one and now we can do the carry one work for the present one."

Everyone nodded and looked at Prathamesh as if they knew he had the plan and even if they were more experienced they still wanted to hear his thoughts.

Prathamesh nodded it was just there was little smile on his cold face which made others feel like illusion.

"Well first of all I think that the work for Orion class spaceship should be near its completion."

"Yes"

"Good now I think our goal should be to conquer the inner solar system and especially mars and asteroid belt as I know that there must be a base on Mars and Asteroid belt can help us find many new sources of elements."

Everyone nodded as this was normal as moon was not suitable for habitation.

And mars was the most suitable one closest to Earth.

"Next for super humans I think there should be decentralization of power."

This time there was an objection.

"Will it not be too early?"

"Maybe but I think it should be done and they should be given rights to form guilds after they have reached grade 3 and jobs could be given to them such as exploration, mining and extermination of harmful targets."

"Okay but we should have the right to dismantle it."

"Okay."

Few more discussions were done before moving onto new topics.

"Next as the space fleet has a strength of 40 Reapers and 800 Enforcers we could divide them into two separate fleets and one should remain stationed and the other should move to Mars after Orion class battleship is completed."

General Raze nodded as this was his task.

"Well the main focus next I think the environment is getting more and more polluted we should stop coal and petroleum usage."

This made the conference silent as many rich people were behind the coal and petroleum businesses.

"Well the problem is that we cannot directly close it we need to take me down form other way."

"It's easy you just need support tesla and make such vehicles available to common people improve the advertisement of electric based tools and utensils."

Everyone nodded as this was a way to make petrol price fall ad making this conglomerates and families bankrupt, but the problem is that putting all focus on Tesla will not work as Space X is already the most influential company in space almost holding more than thousand miners and ten thousand citizen spaceships with the second in line Galactic co ltd being as small as an ant.

Prathamesh only weakness were politics, business management and personal relationships he was bad at them.

"Ok you all can do what you find right."

The discussion continued for a time before deciding that by supporting all the top five companies together.

The wealth of Federation cannot be underestimated as it can shake of any conglomerate if they want even if many of them unite.

As for power with two great gods who can shake it.

"As for the second last thing on my mind is that I think we need to do something about food."

Two hungry eyes were place on Novara who felt as if two ancient creatures want to eat her. She spoke with tremor "We have genetically modified some species and they are been tested as they have a higher amount of energy and some can even gather Chakra in their muscles."

Leo was first unable to wait and spoke strongly "There is no need for test I will eat it you can carry on the tests on me as that glucose solution has made me lose my taste."

"Me too" there was simple and short reply.

After gaining the consent of the cold sweated Novara both of them stopped and continued just there were two pairs of eyes continuously on her keeping her form escaping.

"The next I think you all should see this." Prathamesh said by nodding at Leo

Everyone in the room were puzzeled but followed both of them outside in the lawn.

Prathamesh close while speaking "Well I think we can use our attributes to make some things out of thin air by our energy."

Ice started to appear of Prathamesh's back and condensed into a thing similar to a fighter engine and it started to rotate and he was lifted up and shot into the sky.

As for Leo lightning appeared on his body and he too turned into lightning bolt and followed Prathamesh.

The rest of seven even after being a grade 2 super human were blown towards the wall just by air released.

Stark cured "Motherf**ker they can fly!'
