Connor watched Cedric leave while thinking, was the hydra agent wrong?
Or was he truly a mutant too.
Shit this is too confusing, Connor stared at his hand and brought out his mut- his magic, watching as the red swirls of energy steamed out of his hands. Connor closed his eyes and focused on the memory of a spell that old witch was too familiar with.
It wasn't necessarily a basic one, it was quite complex actually, but he needed to try it.
Six flames appeared around Connor as he started to flout, and the red swirls of energy went to the flames feeding them.
The flames then moved, forming a complex rune, before Connor fell to the ground and the flames were put out.
Fuck, this witch thing was hard.
Connor walked out of the RoR while thinking what went wrong with the spell, he just wanted to spy, well not spy more like look after Cedric and see how he was.
'Maybe I'm putting too much on my shoulders?' Connor wondered as he unfortunately found himself in front of Draco and his goonies.
"Reige" Draco called out in a menacing tone.
However, after all this reveal of witchcraft thing, the last thing he wanted was that Draco could even think of bullying him or anything so he was going to put his foot down from the start. It was even interesting how long it took Draco to bully him, it was strange.
"What do you want Draco?" Connor replied with the coldest tone he could and a stare down to his soul.
Taking the chance to use one little spell he had learnt from the memories of the witch he muttered in his own mind like a hizz 'Demos matiá', and he could see Draco go from arrogant, to a little scared, to even a bit more.
Draco blinked and looked to his minions before continuing what he was going to say, not as confident as he was before "We heard you're a mudblood and-"
Seeing where this was going it was quite easy to steer the conversation in a way Draco wouldn't bother him. Connor quickly sneered and looked at Draco's eyes "You think a mudblood could be so powerful" his voice was dry, filled with hatred he didn't have, fuck he probably was a muggleborn.
Draco seemed to swallow his words for a second and then regain his bearings "As if you had any magical blood on you mudblood."
Connor sighed and pinched his nose "There is no way you actually believe I am a mudblood do you? I am more powerful than you and your little body guards"
Draco seemed to think for a second and when he went to answer Connor casted 'Demos matiá' again and Draco turned around and walked out.
Connor grinned to himself and walked his way to the great hall, looking for something to eat for breakfast, and on his way there he began to think.
Where the fuck should he sit? Honestly he wanted to give Cedric some space so maybe not in the Hufflepuff table but he didn't really have nowhere else to sit so maybe he should just deal with it?
When he entered the great hall he began making his way towards the hufflepuff table to sit next to Hannah and Susan but a hand that was up in the air waving at him from the gryffindor table made him look.
Harry was waving his hand at him, and calling him to sit next to Ron and Hermionie who looked a little less enthusiastic about Connor sitting next to them than Harry was.
Deciding it was a good idea, Connor walked over to the table and sat in front of Harry and Ron and next to Hermionie.
"Hey mates" Connor tried to grin but was honestly too tired to do that.
Harry however smiled at him brightly while both Ron and Hermionie did a very little one.
"Hey Connor" Harry said while locking eyes with him.
They soon began eating and because he didn't want to intrude he let Ron and Hermione talk to Harry and did not bother them, he just ate in silence they were talking about wanting to know about someone, and the likes of that. Connor could only grin to himself as that means that everything is going according to cannon.
Seemingly out of nowhere Harry asked something to him "Connor do you know a Nicholas Flamel?"
Ron quickly hit Harry with his elbow while Hermione did the same with her foot.
The fuck, why was Harry asking him that, wasn't that supposed to be a secret he would only keep with his frien-
Fuck Harry saw him as a friend, well this was good, a little good.
Actually this was absolutely fucking bat shit crazy, if he is friends with Harry, he is going to through a lot of obstacles and is not really worthy it so he should mark his limit and say that he doesn't know Nichola-
"You mean the alchemist?" The three of them stared at him, wanting for him to continue, but Hermione's gaze seemed a little different, almost like she was going to figure it out "Well he is pretty famous for making the philosopher's stone." Connor finished and Hermione stood up immediately.
"We are going" Harry wanted to protest Hermione's saying but he quickly followed suit when she glared at him.
So that left him alone at the table.
And wouldn't you know it that left him alone(If you don't consider susan and hannah) until the yule holidays fucking fantastic.
At least he had practiced as much magic and witchcraft as he could.
