"Why in the name of Merlin would I want to go back to Hogwarts?"

I looked at the blasted child. The one who ruined everything.

He is going to be far more troublesome than expected. I can see it. The subtle signs of ritual use. He has gone through quite a few. Quite a feat considering he wasn't even Eleven yet.

Body wise he looked 13. That can be done with a Ritual that accelerates growth, combined with magical ingredients for consumption and his body will grow as fast and efficiently as possible with no side effects.

This alone tells me that he prefers subtle rituals, that don't directly result in an increase in strength since they are mostly low-risk.

Even I have only started on Rituals in my 6th year. But I went for every ritual that could provide me an advantage.

Coming here was indeed the right choice. And enlightening as well.

I can see my mistakes.

Oh, how foolish I have been.

Mercilessly killing muggles and wizards.

I feel ashamed.

But no. This time.

Once I return to my body.

I will be better.

I will do better.

I won't carelessly kill the livestock. I will use them in Sacrificial Rituals just like the Peverell's did.

Why did I never think of that? So idiotic. How can I, The Great Lord Voldemort be so blind.

Muggles and Wizards can be used for a variety of things. Blood, Lifeforce, Soul Rituals.

I have just been using their corpses as Inferi.

But if that's all that it takes to create an artifact of the same caliber as the Deathly Hollows. Then they are not that impressive.

Not that it was of any use, the boy was smart. Immediately using Blood Bind magic. And coincidently he now has two of the Three Hollows. Yet nothing happened. Further proving his claims that the story was made up by his ancestors to make themselves more important.

I need to observe and proceed carefully. Hogwarts will be a good cover while I lay low for a while. I can sustain myself with the Unicorns that live in the forbidden forest along with some potions.

Now let's see if they can convince Potter to stay in Hogwarts. Killing him there would be poetic.

Though I do admit. It is entertaining to see Dumbledore's popularity get destroyed by a child.

"But it is the school your parent's went to. One of the best schools in the world" Fudge said with wide eyes. As if he was surprised that Harry was asking that question

Harry just sighed "Well for one it doesn't matter that I went there. Two I have already finished my magical education and three as I have said before 'Hogwarts was one of the best magical schools but that's only true up until 300 years ago.' I receive no benefits by going to Hogwarts again"

'We must get Harry Potter to go to Hogwarts. The fate of the Wizarding World depends on it' Dumbledore thought to himself. Further deluding himself with his God-Complex.

" If you were to receive some sort of benefits, would you accept then?" Dumbledore asked kindly

Harry narrowed his eyes and so did Vincent who spoke up "Don't worry Harry we will make sure they give you some good stuff. " he turned to Dumbledore

"Harry Potter will be getting at least 10 000 Galleons per year"

"10 000! That's madness!" Minister Fudge yelled out.

Vincent smiled "Ahhh. But my young apprentice can make at least 5000 Galleons in a Year. You are taking away all of his time. It's only fair you pay for it and more. After all his carrier as a Potion Master will be on hold while he is at Hogwarts. You aren't trying to take advantage of Lord Potter are you?" he narrowed his eyes threateningly at Fudge who flinched

"No!No! Definitely not. It's just that a big sum of money" Fudge put his finger in his collar and stretched it. He was sweating heavily and was feeling very hot.

"For the average wizard maybe. We are talking bout Lord Potter who has just become a Master Potioner and needs to spread out his name. Not to mention a few businesses to run like Potter's Pots" Vincent said seriously

"Ahhh. But couldn't Lord Potter delegate those tasks to someone else? He can make potions while he is in Hogwarts" Dumbledore tried to get Harry to Hogwarts without having to spend too much money

Benjamin smirked but hid it "Ahhh. And there lies the problem. Lord Potter doesn't have to go to Hogwarts. This is purely for the benefit of Magical Britain so they should pay for it. You are the ones who need to convince Mr. Potter to go to your school. And making him waste money isn't the way to do it"

They turned to Harry who was looking at them with a stone-cold face. They couldn't tell what he was thinking.

The Minister looked at his officials nervously. Who whispered among each other before returning the news to the Minister who gulped "The Ministry accepts the price"

Harry nodded and turned to the British side "If that were to happen, there are some conditions. But first, what year would I be in? After all I am far more advanced than the students of Hogwarts"

"Well..." Dumbledore coughed in his hand "I was planning on putting you in your first year so that you can make friends that are your age.."

Everyone just deadpanned at Dumbledore even the Ministry and the Hogwarts staff was speechless.

Benjamin was furious "Dumbledore are you serious!" Harry Potter is the Star of his school. A true genius. And this man wanted him to start from the first year?!

Harry just raised his hand calming down the others and frowned at Dumbledore. He let out a small smirk "Sure, I wasn't expecting much from Hogwarts education anyway. Doesn't matter if it's the first or seventh year I won't be able to learn anything new there. My position in Hogwarts is just political..."

Many from the British side were relieved yet insulted at the same time.

"But still it is quite insulting to be placed in the first year. I would have preferred in the 7th so that I would have to stay one more year. If that is the case then another 10 000 Galleons will be needed. You make the choice in what year to put me in"

The people at the meeting openly gaped at the young man. He was Extorting Dumbledore and the British Ministry. In public for the world to see.

A silencing ward was quickly activated. And the Minister started to 'yell' at Dumbledore. Or at least that's what people could make out from his red face and facial expressions.

"Fools" Vincent scoffed

"Agreed" Benjamin nodded along. He was very happy with himself 'Coming here was such a good idea. You can't buy entertainment like this'

The other American officials and the ICW people were inwardly laughing at the incompetence shown by the British Ministry

After a while, the Ministry and Dumbledore finish their little argument. Dumbledore wouldn't budge on Harry Potter and says he will pay for that part of the cost.

'It will all be worth it. Harry Potter must go to Hogwarts"

"Very well. Let's move on" Harry said as he took out a list and distributed it

"First of all. You will be the one to pay the cost for Hogwarts Education along with all the books and materials and anything else needed. I will not spend a Knut on a place that I don't want to be in.

Second of all, I will not wear the Hogwarts Uniform. Since I have already graduated, I don't plan on going through that again. I will not be going to detentions nor will I be gaining any house points. The same applies to the Hogwarts Classes. I have already passed all of them with perfect NEWT's going by your standards"

"Now Mr. Potter" Dumbledore interrupted only to be interrupted by Harry

"This is nonnegotiable Headmaster. I agree to stay in your school. Attending classes is a different matter. I will not waste any more time out of my day than needed.

Third Condition, I will have Unlimited access to the Restricted Section. You are not allowed to take out or change anything with the Restricted Section. After all what would be stopping you if you just agreed to this and then emptied out that part of the Library?

Oh, and it would be better to inform you that this Library is 70% the reason why I will be in Hogwarts at all. Should I find it unsatisfying or tampered with? I will be greatly displeased"

Fudge quickly joined in "Oh no. We wouldn't dream of it. Naturally, you will have full access. Whenever you want"

"Cornelius" Dumbledore tried to stop the man but Fudge just glared at the old wizard. The look in his eyes was clear 'Shut it Dumbledore! We don't need to make any more payments'

"Excellent. Then there are only a few more things. I will be living in the Lord Suite. Regardless of what house I end up in. And I can bring my servants and familiars with me. Even though I call them servants. They are technically my assistants and I need them to continue working on my other Masteries."

Dumbledore didn't want to agree. He really didn't, How else was young Harry supposed to make friends in Gryffindor where he would make sure the hat would put him in.

"We Agree" he managed to grit out. Things were NOT going according to Plan.

"Great" Harry clapped his hands before signaling to the MECUSA representative. Who gave out everyone some folders?

"Now there is one last thing that I want. I want my Family Cottage back. The Cottage in Godric's Hollow that the British Ministry illegally seized after the deaths of my parents and turned it into a historical monument!"

Fudge and the others choked once they saw the official charges

"You want us to reimburse you for each year the Ministry had the Cottage and bring back all the items that were taken from there. " Fudge could barely say it without stuttering

"That is my land. I want it back and to be compensated for the troubles your Ministry created. Otherwise I will hand this matter to the ICW and file an official Law Suit against you. I think its clear who will win" Harry said offhandedly which angered Fudge

He was fine as things didn't get too bad. But now the Boy Who Lived was suing the Ministry. His ratings would drop. And he couldn't allow that to happen.

"Lord Potter. I think the British Ministry has been very kind and reasonable. But now you have gone too far. You will be attending Hogwarts and dropping this lawsuit or the ministry will freeze all of your assets and take away your Lordship under the pretense of trying to discredit and undermine the Ministry which will lead to Chaos among the people" Fudge said with a proud tone. As if he had done something great.

The other officials were the same. Except for DMILE. Amelia was speechlessly looking at the idiot. What was he saying in front of reporters?

Harry just laughed in their faces, causing quite a few of them to turn red from anger.

"Heh so that's how the British Ministry handles things. With threats of taking everything an orphan has and leaving him on the street.

I would like you to know that all of the Potter Fortune relocated in US. And all of my important properties are under a Fiddelus. And for this insult, I am increasing the price from 10 000 to 30 000 Galleons"

Harry purposely mentioned 'orphan and street' to make things even worse " If you don't pay. I will just leave here and take all of my business with me. You can enjoy fixing the economy after that. Oh and you can forget a British branch of Potters Pots"

Dumbledore frowned at Harry things were getting out of hand "You are going down a dark path Harry. Stop before it is too late" he said in his serious grandfatherly tone

All the people were on the edge of their seats. For the ones on the table, it was literal. And the rest. The reporters and Hogwarts staff just kept their breath. Dumbledore just caused the Boy Who Lived of going Dark

Harry raised an eyebrow "Going Dark? What have you been smoking old man to make you say something so childish? Come to the Light, come to the Dark, we have cookies and milk. Are you even serious?"

Everybody was stunned from Harry's response

"Going dark... so stupid. You people don't even truly understand what going Dark even means. Oh and for the record, I am following the path on which the Legendary Myrddin Emrys walked on. In the Old Days of Magic. Where they knew almost nothing. Wizards and Witches experimented with magic. They learned from each failure. They studied all types of magic.

Naturally, knowledge of magic was scarce in those days. Rowena Ravenclaw probably had the best library at the time. She joined forces with the other three to from Hogwarts. At the start, Hogwarts taught all forms of magic light, gray and dark.

The best student to come out of that school is Merlin. He learned every single magic that Hogwarts had to offer"

People were listening closely to Harry's words

"I plan to do the same. Learn all magic so that I may protect myself from others no matter what magic they use. Is this Dark you speak of? Are you calling Merlin a Dark Lord?" Harry yelled out and the tables were instantly turned.

'Shit' Dumbledore cursed in his mind. Things were just not going his way today.
