On Tuesday, Rachel didn't have any classes until 11 a.m., so she stayed in. She had hidden inside her room for the rest of the evening yesterday, only sneaking out to get herself cereal and milk like an undercover agent, but couldn't make her way past the bedroom hallways because as soon as she heard a sound that sounded like Noah was about to open his bedroom door, she ran back inside her room, slamming the door accidentally. At this rate, she knew it was going to be impossible to talk to him. She had considered texting him on social media but didn't know if that made sense, especially since they had never texted each other before in all the years they'd known each other.
