As I head to the dining table, the guy who was staring at me is talking with Tamima. Is he her boyfriend or lover? I can't comprehend what kind of relationship they have.

"Blake meet undertaker my best bodyguard", she informs me, and am quite relieved that he isn't her boyfriend. This guy is so full of himself

"Nice to meet you", he smirks faintly at me as he squeezes my hand so hard. I try to remove it from his grip but he doesn't stop. He squeezes me more and I can't take this anymore. He is doing this on purpose.

"Stop... your hurting me", I inform him and the reaction I get from him is hilarious.

"You ain't fit to be among Tamima's bodyguard", he states glaring at me.

"He's not here to be my bodyguard", Tamima informs him, and am glad she will be the one explaining the reason why am staying in her house.

"Really so... Who is he. Haven't seen him before", he stares at me as if am some kind of mosquito. My adrenaline is increasing rapidly. I can't believe her bodyguard is belittling me this way.

"He's my friend relax. And stop staring at him that way. He's not a criminal", finally am glad she spoke on my behalf.

"Yes boss", he slightly grins.

"I hope there was no error ", she questions him and he starts to whisper. I can feel that they weren't doing something good.

"Good. We will talk later. Have to speak to Blake later", she says and the undertaker departs from our presence.

"So how are you...", She asks with a slight faint grin.

"Am good ", I answer her as I seat beside her. I can feel her sweet scent and it's really creeping me out. I have already crushed on her without even realizing it.

"How are you", she asks me with a faint smile. I can feel she's a bit concerned about me.

"Am doing well", I answer.

"Great you look fine too", she states handing me a document.

"Read this document well. It's our contract and you know that this ain't like the business contracts. It's a life term contract and you have to sign it since you already a member", she explains. My heart clenches as I try to hold my breath. I know what am signing here isn't something easy but it's better doing this than being dead.

"Yes ", I nod taking the document. It is a booklet, am in shock and the way I don't love reading long staffs like this.

"You can go read it in your room", she informs me.

"Fine ", I head towards my room. Am so curious to find out what is written here.

"Welcome to our society. We believe in prosperity, progress, and power. We aim to dominate the world and rule its economy. We are not just business oriented people. We are also spiritualists who believe that our goddess is our source of income. Through her help, we can acquire whatever we desire on this Earth....", As I read the introduction my heart starts beating fast. I can't comprehend why am feeling this way but I feel my sixth sense is sensing something.

As I turn to the second page. They are claiming that there is no going back after signing the contract. That belonging to this society means that I have sold my soul to them. To the goddess and she can do whatever she wants with me. Does this mean that I will be mind controlled?

"After you complete signing this document. Five daimons will be assigned to you. They will be here to watch your every move and make sure that you follow our rules. If you break any rule you shall be punished. We don't entertain cowards and weaklings", I continue reading and am amazed that they don't love cowards. Am now starting to understand why Tamima always insists that I be strong and not a weakling.

"I Blake Nuri affirm to be loyal to this society. I won't tell a soul about the source of my wealth. If I recruit anyone they must not tell anyone also or else they will pay with their blood. I promise to obey my leaders and only worship our goddess...", I pledge as I continue reading this contract.

"Are you ready for the next step", Luka asks me.

"Yes I am ready", I assure him. I am ready for anything and won't let myself fail in anything. Regardless if it's deadly or not. Am tired of always failing and being the weakling everywhere I go.

"You can turn the next page", I obey and turn it.

I feel my body becoming lighter. The room's atmosphere changes and I can feel a dark aura around me. The black butterflies appear and they surround me.

In a split of a second, I find myself in a very strange place that I have never been in before. Its soil isn't that light and very weakly saturated reddish yellow color of desert sand. It's faint black with white toppings on it.

As I look up at the sky. It's not the normal blue that am used to seeing. Its color is different and seems so gothic. It's dark brown all over the sky. This place has no sun.

What place is this...?

As I stride forward, my feet are stuck on the ground. I bend to check out whats holding my legs. I freak out when I see two skeleton hands holding me as they tried to sink me in the ground.

"Help...", I yell frighteningly as my adrenaline rises. Am trying to remove these hands but my efforts are all in vain.

"Leave me alone ", I yell furiously like a warrior who had just defeated his enemy.

"At last", am relieved after they lose their grip on me. I have to find a way out of this place.

"Luka...!" I call him. Have just remembered that he would be guiding me though not my guardian angel. Am certain he can be of help since I don't know what to do next. Am scared of walking again, maybe something worse will hold me.

"Yes. You can continue walking", I hear his voice and so glad that ain't alone in this place.

I continue to walk. After a few minutes, I come across people who are just sitting on the ground.

"Hi...", I go near them. Maybe they can help me in this journey.

"Yes mortal", one of them responds.

"Aaah I don't know where to go or my way out of here. How can I pass this place", I ask hoping they would help me.

"Just come near me. I will teleport you out of this place", the guy informs me, and am so happy that I can pass this test.

As I head towards them. Luka warns me not to step closer to him. He is just one of the daimons who are supposed to distract me or mislead me.

"Just come will make things easier for you", he smirks broadly.

"Thank you I will just go on my own never mind", I inform him as I start to run.
