Chapter 2: The Fallen One Pt1

                                                                               37 years before

It was a normal day in the village of Farnir. People crowded the markets and the kids played out on the streets. You could hear laughter even before you stepped near the village for the people there were joyous and peaceful. The year was 1735, also known as the year of profit. That all changed when the sky changed from a beautiful light blue to a light reddish-grey color as they see a white ball of flame descend upon them with tremendous force.

As it approached they could make out a figure within the ball of flame, and to their surprise, they also saw wings of some sort. As the ball of flame hit the earth, the area rumbled and groaned as if trying to reject the item that it was just given. Then a bright white flashed afterward blinding the animals and people around the whole area. It took about ten minutes before they could see anything. The people where very cautious of the crater that they found. It wasn't until the town's priest and healer came unto the crater that they dared to get closer.

"Everyone, remain calm... I, the priest and the healer will handle this situation" as the priest looked upon the gaping crater that seemed to go down forever into the earth. " ma'am, I don't think it's safe to go down into that thing?" The priest said again but with more fear than worry. "I think we can handle this, don't you?" Replied the healer as they slowly wandered deeper into the gaping hole.

after an hour of walking, they saw something glistening in the light. as the walked closer they realized it was a sword, almost angelic in appearance. the healer slowly grabbed the hilt and pulled, but it didn't budge in the slightest. "the hell....? why can't I pull it out?" as she struggles with the weapon. As she continued to uselessly at the sword the rubble a few feet begin to move. the priest looked at the rubble that was beginning to move. "Umm...Healer...i think we're not alone."
