Can't Wait

Rychell and Fir have been explaining for days to Gwen and Aria what the trade is for them to get their new bodies.

"Why would you agree to that?" Aria snapped.

Rychell frowned at her, "...because your body was deteriorating every hour and your lover over here.." He pointed at Fir's face, who hasn't left Aria's side since she came out of the labs. "...wanted a new body for you fast!" 

Aria glanced at Fir, who nodded his head and then hugged her.

"Sigh...Still, even if we needed to new bodies, how are we going to take down the barrier for them. It took how many of you old ones to put it up...!" Gwen eyed her new body in the mirror, disliking it from every angle. "Our powers are not as strong as they once were, especially after switching bodies so many times." She held up her hands.
