Chapter Six

**"*"****Alberto POV""******

**2 hours later***

"Ahh finally" I groaned and laid on the bed and stretched a little.. we're finally done with our assignment and looking at the results, I'd say we did pretty good.. "gosh I'm exhausted" fernan groaned and laid beside me... We laid there for like 10 minutes when suddenly, mamá called us "Alberto!! Fernando!! You boys should come down for dinner!!" Fernan sighed happily "well it's about time.. AL, come let's go eat dinner" fernan pulled me up from the bed and dragged me downstairs... The mouth-watering aroma of tacos filled my nostrils "hmm.. smells delightful" fernan grinned happily "ahh tacos !!! my favourite"... We settled down on the dining table and began to dig in... Tacos has always been me and fernan's favourite.. we found that out when we were 13 "aiye mamá!! These tastes so good!!" Fernan said as he stuffed more tacos in his mouth "yo slow down alligator or you'll choke" I said , sipping a glass of water. Fernan stared at me with stuffed mouth "no I'm not gonna ch..." He didn't complete his sentence as he began to choke.. I quickly grabbed a glass of water and handed it to him as he gulped down the water while I rubbed his back gently "see!!.  I warned you didn't I?. But no, you chose not to listen and now see the results" I said pissed off and worried at the same time. Fernan held my hand "you can stop .. I'm fine now" I nodded and left his back and continue eating. Mamá suddenly spoke up "what have I said about table manners?.. No talking while eating!" "We're sorry mamá" me and fernan both said as we continued eating in silence.....

******* Fernando POV*******

We ate the rest of the dinner in silence... Soon, we're done.. me and Alberto cleared the table and took the dirty plates to the sink and washed them, cleaned them and kept them properly where they're supposed to be... Me and Alberto soon joined mamá in the living room and had a little conversation, mostly about school stuffs and how good our grades has gotten so far... I soon checked the time on my wrist watch "umm.. mamá.. it's been fun hanging out with you guys but I have to go..  it's getting late" mamá smiled warmly "oh ok dear, take care of yourself" I smiled "I will" Alberto suddenly stood up "cool, I'll escort you" I grinned "cool ".. me and Alberto were almost at the door when suddenly, we heard lightening sounds "oh my goodness, sounds like it's about to rain" mama said "yeah it does.. I better hurry up before it starts to rain" As if waiting for it's cue, it starting to rain heavily.. ah man!! Why now!!.. "it doesn't look like it's gonna stop raining sooner fernan.. why don't you sleep over?" Mama suggested and I felt really happy cuz I'll get to snuggle up with my Alberto "umm.. I guess .. I can sleep over... AL, what'd you think?" Alberto yawned a little "I don't know bout you but I'm tired.. I'm going to bed" Alberto started walking up the stairs "hey wait for me!!" I ran and caught up with him...

We arrived at his room as he dived ontop of his bed and let out a soft sigh.. I climbed ontop of the bed too "hey, scutch over" Alberto groaned softly and scutched while I laid on the bed, getting myself comfortable, stretched a little and turned off the light.. By then, Alberto was already sleeping.. I used the opportunity to snuggle up with him and inhale his sweet scent...

I've almost drifted into deep sleep when suddenly I started hearing crying and sniffling sounds.. I turned on the lights and found out that it was Alberto that's crying... But why?! "Please!!... please!!..  let me go!... Don't hurt me please!.. I beg of you!" He kept saying in his sleep while crying seriously.. I was shocked.. "did something happen to Alberto" I looked at the crying Alberto and he kept saying "please!!.. don't hurt me!!.. please!!.. no!!. No!! .. no!!" I quickly hugged Alberto and started cooing him "it's ok baby.. don't care... I'm here for you... Everything's gonna be alright" that seemed to do the trick as Alberto breaths steadied as he relaxs in my arms..  I kissed his forehead, stretched my hand and turned off the lights and continued caressing Alberto's hair with one question in my mind : What really happened to Alberto?!....
