Chapter Eight.:It was Mason

"So who do you got to meet?"I asked Owen who was smiling.

"I got to meet a new girl in class and she's damn hot"He replied and I was surprised because Owen have never told me about a girl."She new?"I asked and he nodded.

I entered the car and he also did the same.he kept talking about the girl he met and I could see he likes the girl but he didn't mention her name though.

"What's her name?"I decided to ask."Her name is Mia."He replied with a smile.

"But isn't she the one living next door?"I asked."Nope..she isn't the one.. I'm aren't in the same class with the girl next door..she is a different girl"He replied.

"So that's the reason you are happy?"I asked."Yea,.at least she's way better than Alicia"He replied.

"Who's Alicia?"I asked and at the same time driving."She's a friend I had before dad died..but too bad,our friendship didn't went well."He explained.

There was an awkward silence between us.. but I've never Owen was in a relationship before dad died and now he is happy he got someone else.

We got home few minutes later and he was the person to alight from the car before I did.

We both walked into the house and was surprised to see mom wasn't around.

She's always around every time we come back from school..but where would she be.

I Shrugged the thought because she might be busy or she just went to get something either from the grocery store or the supermarket.

"Why isn't Mom around?"Owen asked."I don't really know why.. maybe she went to get somethings in the grocery store or the supermarket"I replied.

He looked at me for a while before climbing the stairs with his backpack on his shoulder.

I dropped my backpack and went to the fridge to get some water..I took a bottle of water then drank a little out of it before dropping it.

I went back to the sitting room then took my bag before climbing the stairs leading to my room.

I laid on the bed quietly and began to think about Mom..she's been acting weird all of s sudden.

She comes back late at night forgetting she has us.

She doesn't treat us the way we deserve to be treated.

To me I got no parents..dad is dead and now mom is acting so so weird.

My phone beeped then I took it as saw it was a message.

A message from Chloe..she was actually saying I should come out.

I don't really know why but I think I would have to find out then.

I stood up from the bed at walked out of my room.i hurried down the stairs then got to sitting room before walking fully out of the house.

I met her she was inside her car.

Yea,she has a car which was bought by her mom as a birthday gift.

"Hey bestie"She cooed as I got to thr car."Why did you send me a text message?"I asked.

"Well I want us to go shopping like we always do.. but since I know you wouldn't wanna come out of I told you..so I sent a text message"She replied."Why did you want us to go shopping?"I asked.

"Because I'm with the credit card of Lucas"She replied with a smile."How did you get his card or did he willingly gave to you?"I asked.

"Nope.i stole it from him while he wasn't aware"She replied and I gasped."Why would you do such thing Chloe..who knows he might be looking for it"I said.

"Nah..even if he looks for it..its just a waste of time because he isn't gonna find it"she replied."And you really want us to go shopping with someone's credit card without him knowing?"I asked.

"Just forget about it Alexa..he isn't gonna look for it.. and by the way go dress up so that we could get ready"She said."This is totally crazy Chloe..how can you be doing this"I said.

"Like I said go dress up"She said crazily and I sighed softly because getting out of the car.

I walked back to the house and went to my room to get dressed up.

After I was done dressing I came out and informed Owen about me going out..he didn't want me to go at first because he was gonna be the only at home.

But if I don't follow Chloe she might end up cutting my hair she cuts people's own whenever they try to mess with her.

I still can't believe I have a crazy friend like her.

I walked out or the house then entered Chloe's car.

"Wow.you look so great on this dress"She said."Yea,but are you sure we should do this... because it isn't your credit card"I said feeling worried.

"Don't worry about it Alexa.. let's just go there buy anything we want and come back like nothing happened"She replied smiling then drove off.

"Are you sure we should do this Kim..we know what he did really pained you.. but can't you just forget it"Ashley said."We doing this Ashely and nothing is stopping me.. I'm gonna make sure I spy on him and if I find out he has another girl.. I'm definitely gonna make his life so miserable"I replied with pride.

"Alright if you say so"Ashely said and I continued l driving.

Well we are both in the car driving to Mason's house so that we would spy and know if he has another girl except from me.

And I also wanna know why he didn't showed up in the date..he made me feel like a fool and also I was so so embarrassed.

We got to his house few minutes later so we alighted from the car after parking the car in a convenient place.

We walked into the house tip-toeing so that he wouldn't suspect us.

He was In the sitting room and lo and behold we found him with a familiar lady they were both kissing.

I felt anger and pain burning in me.i can't believe he didn't showed up on the date because of this girl.

I fell on the fall hitting the door but I didn't care.

"Kim.. you need to get up..we would suspect us"Ashely said."I don't fucking care Ashely.. can't you see he has another girl"I said.

Ashely wanted to say something but was interrupted by the sound of his door which was opened.

And then he came out.
