Chapter 41
Nathaniel typed the button of his laptop furiously, replying to some emails he had received since he had escaped from his business.
Even though he was rich, he could not run away from work, it would continue piling up. He rubbed his temple, glancing at his wristwatch from time to time to be time conscious. He hated tardiness, lateness, and undisciplinedness at work.
Everything was silent in the house, he missed his Angel, it wasn't home without her, it was just like a desert land.
He shut down his laptop, grabbed his phone, keys, and wallet from the desk. He cuffed the cufflinks of his suit as he tugged his tie down a little, unbuttoned two buttons while running his hand through his hair, disheveling it but not forgetting the two tickets he purchased early.
He couldn't wait to get the meeting done and took his Angel to the theater.
He drove down to the reserved place, met his PA at the halfway who looked like he'd been working his ass off.
