The old man sobbed endlessly while hugging Levinte. "My family!" The old man patted Levinte's back, not too rough but it still made Levinte flinch. "I-I'm glad," Levinte endured the powerful pats.

This was the second time he encountered another ancestor of his clan, but he still could not get used to the feeling of it.

The old man pulled back and scanned Levinte up and down. "You're one handsome young man! As expected from my family's good genes," He boasted, wriggling Levinte.

In this situation, Levinte could only smile at the old man's remark and nod at everything he said.

Then the old man stopped and looked over Levinte's shoulder, directing his eyes at Acre.

"I have so many things to say to you."

His tone was different compared to how he talked to Levinte. The silence wasn't long as the old man sniffed and wiped his tears.

Levinte could hear his uncle sigh behind him.

"Y-you looked very hungry back then, elder. We should find shelter and settle down." Levinte made an effort to make things less awkward.

The old man chuckled and touched his beard. "Let's go to my house." The old man said.

Nodding in response, Levinte looked at his azure sword abandoned on the ground. He slowly walked toward it to grab it, but his mind kept thinking about how they should travel in the short moment.

Should we walk? Should we ride the sword? But what about the old man?

His brow knitted at the thought as he put the sword back in the case. He felt awkward to speak his mind.

"Let's go." The old man began to walk a few steps ahead. Levinte's worries were washed out when the answer was to walk, however, the old man pressed his palms together.

Resembling a cloud, something appeared on the ground as the white smoke slowly dissipated.

Levinte's eyes bulged when he saw a quad bike.

"Get in," The old man motioned, already seated. He looked like a cool grandpa with sunglasses on.

"You upgraded the house!" Acre laughed as they approached a quaint stone house, bearing the weight of centuries. Adjacent to this stood a bamboo house, a delicate contrast to its stony companion.

"…" Levinte sat worldlessly as he hugged his bag. It reminded him that these two were old folks, of course, their sense of style differed from his contemporary approach.

"Hehe, this old man wanted to change some things." He chuckled as he admired his artwork and then glanced at Levinte. "Little one, why are you following this kid?

Acre assisted, "He's got some good genes from us! I'm helping him with it." He came up with something factual to dodge telling the real answer. Levinte nervously smiled and slowly nodded, glancing at the enthusiastic Acre.

Hearing the good news, the old man laughed heartily. "The new generation is going strong!"

After a while, the vehicle stopped near the entrance of the bamboo house. They got out and Levinte witnessed another shocking scene where the quad bike vanished by a single clap.

The youngest gulped as he followed them behind. It felt like a family gathering. Levinte was always timid about meeting someone new.

As he gingerly stepped onto the bamboo floor, the subtle creaks soothed his anxious mind as he looked down.

The delicate rustle of bamboo leaves highlighted the peaceful atmosphere as if echoing a soft welcome. The airy ambiance and the dappled sunlight filtering through created a unique warmth, leaving a little smile on his face. His mind was so occupied that he didn't catch the sound of a clap.

"Levi, have a seat and dig in." The voice diverted his attention. When he looked up, he was startled by a stone table filled with cuisine that came up from nowhere.

"I've been sitting in the same spot for too long," the old man complained while stretching his body. "Kids these days are too focused on personal gain."

Acre asked, "You're still doing that test of yours?"

The old man grumbled, "Those who ignored this old man's plea, driven solely by personal ambition, is a failure to learn the true meaning of power."

High above the clouds, Mount Safineia stood as a beacon of clarity, rumored of a master swordsman who dwelled at its peak. Only the strongest could reach the summit. Unbeknownst to the climbers, the true test began in the middle of their ascent.

Levinte couldn't help but blurt out a question, "So there's no master up there?"

"Well, of course, there are those who failed my test who are resilient enough to reach the top and find my disciple who is a master swordsman. But the fun part is when they know me as their master's master!" The old man guffawed at the thought of their regretful faces.

"Luckily I passed the test," Acre said. "But then I was stuck with this old man and rarely met the second master."

"You ungrateful kid, I pampered you and your sister too much, and both of you caused me a headache with the Syur-"

"Okay okay, sorry." Acre interrupted and gave him puppy eyes. The old man looked away, "That tactic of yours won't work anymore."

Levinte could only giggle while watching their small squabble. "Oh!" Acre slightly jumped and adjusted his posture. "Old man, don't get me wrong. I'm not here to cause you any trouble, I just want to make a little request for our little one over here."

"What is it?" the old man's ears instantly perked up.

"We're here to request for little Levi's bag. He's been traveling with a giant bag that won't fit much."

Levinte said softly, "If you would be so kind to do so…"

The old man looked at the big bag placed beside Levinte's leg and knitted his brows. "You've been carrying that thing this whole time? Your back is going to hurt!" He whipped his head at Acre and squinted his eyes. "Did you give him money?"

"His wallet is as full as my stomach."

The old man hummed in satisfaction and touched his beard. "Tell me what you need, little one."

Levinte paused before speaking, "…I wouldn't want to burden you with all the work grandpa…"

The old man's face lit up as the sweet melody of "grandpa" echoed through the air as the long-awaited title reached his ears. The resonance of familial love filled his old heart with tenderness. He held back the tears and cleared his throat. "What burden? This grandpa will gladly make you anything allowed in this universe!"

Acre nodded with a smile, giving Levinte assurance that he could ask for anything. "In that case…"

With a mere thought, the old man could summon anything into existence. Be it worlds, creatures, and wonders. His mind was like an infinite canvas.

He proved this peerless ability by materializing anything that Levinte said, with the condition that he must describe it in vivid detail to achieve the best outcome.

Using this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, Levinte requested a sling bag that could defy spatial limitations, a box that could turn his endless books into miniatures for convenience, and a pair of shoes that could levitate.

Levinte was flabbergasted. Things just popped out from nothing to something, making him curse internally. At the same time, he felt so excited to see his fantasy from childhood turn into reality, like a kid getting his dream present.
