Past and Present

Levi was livid. Once he got back to the headquarters, he summoned his assistant into his office.

He couldn't seem to forget the image of his beloved bleeding. It was hard not to think of her swollen cheek as well. What if he had been late?

He wasn't the kind of person to throw things around in anger. His wrath was the silent kind. The one which doesn't harm things that aren't involved.

He paced around waiting for the woman to appear. Outside his door, Zora stood sweating. She knew the second that call came through why he needed to see her.

When she gave the orders to her men to take action, she didn't know that the woman had company. After finding out. She didn't stop simply because she didn't care.

Who would have known that the other woman would be someone important to Levi? Eventually, she turned the knob and walked inside.
