Lun Chuan's new book wasn't an overnight success either.

He had started preparing the outline three months ago, and only now, after setting a release date with Yun Feng, did he check the time:

"It's almost noon. Stay and have lunch with me."

"Hey!" Yun Feng was genuinely surprised. "Are we ordering takeout?"

Lun Chuan gave him a strange look. "I'll cook."

"You can actually—"

Yun Feng had thought he was joking and was ready to tease him about it. However, as his gaze swept the room, he saw it was clean and tidy, orderly, minimalist home decor... What mattered most wasn't that it looked staged, but that it genuinely had the aura of a lived-in space.

So if a guy can keep his home this tidy, is it really so strange if he can cook for himself?

He suddenly felt a bit nervous and stammered:
