Ch-2 Music and Literature

' Ahhh ' 

*Bang Bang*

Kevin's hand froze in the air when he saw how this girl got scared and fell from her chair on her hips, while Aiden and Ryan stood speechlessly when they saw this.

On the other hand, Faith who was on the floor was in shock , because of how busy she was earlier and music that was playing took all her attention that she didn't notice the customers that came in and then suddenly someone tapped on her shoulder , scaring the shit out of her.

Faith looked at her headphones, dairy, pen and her glasses that were all on the floor with her. She started to pick up everything when she heard a male voice," Are you fine ? Sorry , Kevin didn't mean to scare you ?,". This was Ryan who said it.

Faith didn't look up and continued to collect her things but did reply and said,'' Ahh! No problem , my fault I didn't notice you guys, and I'm just a little too clumsy, by the way are you here for coffee ?,".

Faith's voice took Ryan, Aiden and Kevin's attention as they looked at her with narrowed eyes but the girl was still busy on the ground so Ryan just ignored it and said," Yes, it's open right ?,".

Faith stood up and put her things back on the table and wore her glasses while saying," Yes, it's open,". After that she put her attention on them and was surprised to see three handsome and hot guys staring at her with wide eyes.

On the other hand, all three of them stood rooted in their places when they saw Faith's face. Aiden, who rarely shows any expression, was staring at her face with a shocked expression. They all were just staring at her as if they had seen a ghost.

Faith waited for them to say anything but they were just staring at her making her freak out, because for her they were handsome but also scary at the same time because their presence was way more different from others and much scarier, and she was all alone stuck inside a cafe with three guys in a cold winter and know her imagination was running wild. 

Faith clutched the hem of her sweater tightly and said," Ahm! Excuse me sir, is there anything on my face ?,".

" Hope ?," came the word from Kevin's mouth. 

Faith stared at him and said in a confused tone," Huh ?,".

Ryan and Aiden also came out from the shock and Aiden looked at Ryan with confused gaze while Ryan was looking at Faith.

Kevin said," Hope , what are you doing here? and what's with those glasses ?,".

Faith got more confused and said ," Excuse me ? Hope ? I think you are mistaken sir, my name is Faith , and I think I'm working here,". Then she thought to herself," Is he crazy or what ? oh Jesus help him,".

Ryan looked at Faith when he heard her name and an unbearable emotion lingered in his light green eyes which was similar to Faith's light green eyes he thought to himself," You look exactly like her Faith,".

Aiden noticed a change in his expression and said in a low voice," Ryan ? What's going on?,".

Ryan looked at him and said," Nothing, Kevin lets take a seat , don't confuse her , she is not Hope, just similar to her,". After that he glared at Kevin so he didn't say anything stupid. And luckily Kevin didn't but still confusion was visible on his face.

After that Ryan looked at Faith and said with a soft expression," I'm sorry Faith , he just got confused. Actually you look like my sister Hope , and can you please get us 1 black coffee without sugar and 2 Caffè macchiato ,".

Faith relaxed when she heard his words and said," Sure sir, take a seat there, you can take a book if you want,". 

After saying that she looked at Aiden who was staring at her with his deep black eyes as if searching for something, she smiled awkwardly showing her dimple then turned  away quickly. 

Ryan , Aiden and Kevin took a seat which was near the window then both the brothers stared at Ryan for the answer but Ryan was trying to ignore their gaze, he had never hidden anything from them and specially from Aiden and Kaiden who were his best friends. Kevin was Aiden and Kaiden's younger brother.  They all have been together since childhood. 

Aiden stared at him and said," Ryan don't ignore us, who is she ? She is not Hope ? Then who ?,".

Kevin also said," Bro she looked exactly like Hope ? How is this even possible,".

Ryan looked at them and then at Faith who was working at the counter in a white sweater paired with white pants with rose gold glasses covering her beautiful eyes and face. She was really looking very cute and she really does look like Hope. 

Ryan knew he couldn't hide this from them so he just told them everything, and from each word he said the more shocked the two brothers got.

After 15 min , Faith came towards them with a tray and put their order in front of them, with chocolate cake pieces.

Aiden frowned his brows and said," We didn't order this,".

Faith smiled and said," I know, but it's from my side, I won't charge for this, don't worry,". 

Aiden stared at her when he heard her words and said," You think I can't pay for this,".

Faith took a step back when she heard his tone getting harsh and said," Ahh! No no I didn't mean like that, I'm sorry sir , it's just from my side,".

Aiden looked at her in a daze when he saw how easily she got scared and smirked, she just looks like Hope, but is totally different from her.

Ryan and Kevin also notice how easily she gets nervous and how Aiden was bullying her so Ryan hurriedly says," Why? Faith, why are you giving us the cake,". 

Faith looked at him and relaxed when she heard his soft tone and replied," Actually today is my birthday and every time on my birthday I serve cake from my side,". 

Ryan stared at her and said," Oh , Happy birthday Faith, my sister's birthday is also today, did you make this cake ?,".

Faith's eyes sparkled and she said," Woah , what a coincidence, and yes I make this cake,".

Kevin looked at her with a complicated expression and said," Yeah , what a coincidence, by the way Happy birthday,".

Aiden also said in a flat tone," Happy birthday,".

Faith smiled brightly and said," Thank you , Thank you so much , enjoy your snacks,". After saying that she started to go back when she heard Ryan saying to her.

" Wait, come join us Faith , I promise we won't do anything , you are just like my sister,".

Faith stopped in her tracks when she heard the word ' sister ' and then stared at him for a while and agreed then joined them on the table with a safe distance.

Kevin and Aiden didn't say a word when they saw this they were still trying to digest all the information Ryan told them.

All of them took a bite from the cafe much for Faith's joy. And looked at Faith with a surprised expression. Even Aiden was surprised when he tasted the cake. It was so tasty and soft that it just melted in their mouth.

Ryan smiled brightly and said," Faith, it's heaven, it's just like how my mom makes cake,".

Faith grinned widely when she heard this and said,"thank you ,".

Kevin looked at her and said," So , Faith, how old are you now ?,".

Faith looked at him and said," I turned 22 today,".

Kevin smiled and said," So how was your birthday ? Did you enjoy it with your family?,".

Faith smile froze but she still says," Uhm, I don't have a family sir, I'm an Orphan , but yeah I enjoyed my birthday with the kids of orphanage and my best friend Oliver, she gifted me this glasses and we made this cake then kids gift me gloves and cap then we played some games, and it was very good,".

Ryan's hand froze in the middle when heard that she is an orphan , he looked at her but didn't say anything and looked down.

Kevin and Aiden stare at her and Kevin asks," Hmm, but are you satisfied with this much ? I mean you don't want to celebrate your birthday more grandly and go to parties,".

Faith looked at him and said ," No,".

Aiden who was just listening from the start asked," Why ?,".

Faith looked at him and saw his expressionless face staring at her , subconsciously she adjusted her glasses and said," I don't like crowded areas , that's why, I just love my personal space,".

Aiden smiled lightly and just nodded, then he asked," So, what are you studying,".

Faith replied," Music and Literature, I'm in my second year of college,". 

Ryan looked up and said," Music and literature ? why ?,".

Faith smiled faintly and said," Writing and listening Music is something I love to do from my childhood , music can control emotions, and fade away the pain it can also relay the message that simple words can't, and I'm studying literature because I love books, books are my best friend after Olive, I didn't have friends other than her because people doesn't like to be my friend because I'm an orphan and not as rich as them, and then I don't have family also other than people and kids from orphanage that's why books became my soul support, that's why I want to write a novels,".
