Seduction once again

"I think we are done for the day," Max said when he returned.

"And I hope what happened earlier wouldn't repeat itself ever again," he said to the workers.

As they sat in the car on their way back to the hotel, he noticed a slight cut on Mara's hands and slightly frowned.

"Let's get to the pharmacy," he ordered the driver.

As the car stopped at the store, he walked out and returned briefly with a small bag. "Use it to treat that," he instructed and handed the bag over to her.

Mara took it, puzzled. "Treat what?" she asked, looking around herself. "What are you talking about?" she asked, leaning closer to him.

Max took her hands up. "This, treat this," he said and pointed at the wound with his head.

"Oh, this," Mara said. "I didn't even feel anything," she added with a smile.

"I appreciate it," she expressed, while Max averted his gaze.

......

"I am trying to tell you, Paloma, we almost lost that deal… Mr. Warren III would have buried me here in Dubai," Mara said on the phone with Paloma.

"Hahaha, I doubt he would do something like that," Paloma said with a laugh.

"We have another dinner with our girls next week. Hope you would be back home by then," Paloma said.

"Sure, sure I will. We will be out of here by then."

"That's great, Mara. We need to show that girl we are also making it in life," Paloma said. "She would be so jealous when she learns that you work for the great and powerful business tycoon Mr. Max Warren III. Ahh, I can't wait to see her face," Paloma added excitedly.

"She might even lose her appetite throughout the dinner," Mara said.

"Yes, yes!" Paloma shouted again with a loud noise. "I can't wait," Paloma said.

"And try to show her pictures of you in Dubai," Paloma said.

"She might even faint if I do that," Mara said, and they both giggled happily.

…....….

"Mr. Max Warren III, it's been a long time. The last time we met was years ago," a lad uttered affectionately as she walked into his hotel room. She wore a long, fitting red dress and her hair was in a neat ponytail, with red lipstick accentuating her features. She gracefully made her way to the lavish sitting area of one of the best rooms in the hotel.

He walked in bare-chested from the shower, with a towel trying to wipe away the excess water in his hair.

"How did you get in here, Anthonia Blac?" he asked as he continued to towel his hair.

"You look like you don't miss me. We have a history together, and you're still in shape," she said, standing up and embracing him, her hands laid on his chest, and he quickly withdrew from the embrace.

"What brings you here?" he asked.

"Well, I came here right away when I heard you won this year's deal," she said as she sat down again.

"I wanted to personally congratulate you myself," she said with a seductive smile. "And if you ever need help, don't hesitate to call me, babes," the lady said, seductively walking around him, temptingly.

"Would you like to have another month in the limelight?" she asked, giving a subtle wink. "You know I'm always willing," she added, running her fingers through his hair. "You know I make everything easy."

"Why do you even want the world to have a wrong perception about you?" she said, slowly using her mouth to tease his ears.

The door opened after countless knocks on the door, after what it seemed like no one was coming to open it "Sir, you sent for me," Mara said as she entered the sitting room, which was a bit far from the door. However, upon seeing something unexpected, she immediately turned back. "I apologize swiftly," Mara added before hurrying away.

Max quickly retrieved his shirt and put it on.

"Seems like knocking isn't one of your skills," Max remarked, looking sternly at her.

"I knocked for a while, but no one responded. I was at the door for some time before I decided to enter since it wasn't locked," Mara explained nervously. She quickly handed the files to him. "Here you go," she added before hastily leaving.

Walking down the hallway, she had her eyes closed and her hands reluctantly clasped together. "Why do I always have to catch him in those acts? He doesn't even feel ashamed," she muttered to herself as she walked. "Oh my," she exclaimed as she touched her chest.

"Let's pick up where we left off all those years ago, and let's make it real this time," she said as she attempted to pull her dress off.

"Out," Max demanded, opening the door for her.

"Why are you so heated up now?" she asked, feigning innocence.

 "Get out," he repeated firmly.

She quickly grabbed her black Chanel bag. "Okay, okay, if you say so, lover boy," she said, planting a slow kiss on his cheek. "Call me whenever you need me. Don't be shy," she added, before walking out with the same graceful stride with which she had arrived.
